Took almost 2 hours just for an oil change after I asked how long it would take. They told me 30 minutes since there was just one car in front of me and they were almost done. Not only did it take 2 hours, every car that came after me left before me. Mind you I have a 2023 car and no extra work was needed on the car. Should have not taken that long.

Service department used to be terrific. Always helpful, went the extra mile for the customer and communication was great. Not anymore. Pretty much came and got us, we paid and that was it. Not only has the prices gone up but they didn’t even go over the multipoint inspection. When asked if they could please check something we were told it would be an additional $159. Never used to be like that. Left disappointed, not going back. Guess the new ownership has lower standards for customer satisfaction.

Great new car buying experience start to finish once I was able to deal with David Hagler with Nissan. He was "can-do" all through the process. Best car salesman I've ever dealt with. The rest of the team was awesome as well. Friendly, knowledgable and kind all of them. If you want a new Nissan, go see David and the team!

Bought a new car and was very pleased with the staff and service, everything went really smooth and the whole crew was very good. Damian did a great job of showing cars and helping with the buying process. Definitely recommend to anyone was a 5 star experience!

Seth was great. He explained all features on the car during the test drive. He also made sure I had my phone connected before I left with my car. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had and the fastest. Y'all definitely have one of the best salesman with Seth.

Very unhappy with the service I received. Several issues when left vehicle with them, main issue the transmission cable (?) broke so would not go in to gear and due to sensors was hard to start, but definitely started and ran just fine once it did. Was told verbally over phone repairs were at $3500 w/o the repairs to issue with a shock or some noise when I hit a bump. This is a 2006 Pathfinder that has been taken care of with 180,000 miles on it and pretty sure it will go for a long time if kept serviced. So decided I needed to wait to spend that much money right now and has it picked up by towing company…and mom with them when they picked up my vehicle and rode home with them so know there was no mishandling by the tow person.. when vehicle got home, no paperwork was sent with the estimate of repairs so no idea what is wrong with vehicle exactly if I decide to sell it instead of repairing it. They took the area around the gearshift and dash out and all the parts just laying around in my floor board and seat area. Did not put it back together. And now my vehicle will not start at all.. it might not move, but it should start. Very unhappy with the service I received. Have left messages for someone to call me back and to date, no response. Unbelievable how my mom and I have been treated. Will never recommend to anyone…. Will be checking on what I can do to get this corrected…

I love this place and my Nissan. The customer service is excellent. Everyone is honest, helpful and the work is completed in a timely manner. And every time my car gets an oil change they wash it!
