ZERO STARS!!!! LEMON CAR!!! NEVER SHOP AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I have owned this car 140 days; 94 days it has been in the shop; 46 days it has been in my possession. Corporate involved; dealership does not care; General Manager, David has refused meetings with me and refused to return phone calls. Dealership has not been in contact with me since 8/29 the day I dropped off the car. TO THIS DAY, the car is still in the shop! Car still not fixed. My videos are not sufficient, the car has to do it while in their possession.
PREVIOUS REVIEW:
Car back in the shop SINCE 7/30 and now cannot get anyone from service to return my phone calls. I have owned this car 108 days and the car has been in the service department for 78 days of the 108 days that I have owned it. Nissan finds that the car “doesn’t meet buy -back criteria yet”. I have not heard back from the dealership since 8/2.
REVIEW: ZERO STARS!!! NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!
Horrible GM, horrible customer service, horrible service department. ZERO stars! Dealership is NOT to be trusted! My brand new car has been in the shop for 62 days out of the 79 days I’ve owned it for an electrical problem (that at least two other cars from the same dealership have had per the service guy). NO UPDATES from the dealership (service or otherwise) unless I call them. NO help from corporate. Held on the phone for Nissan finance for over an hour and still no person. Offered me a “trade in” for my new electrical problem car for another car but offered me $6000 less than what I purchased the vehicle for 79 days ago and they've had possession of the car longer than I have. So I’m $6000 in the hole (plus my trade in for a total of $14,000) for buying from this dealership and I am still not driving my new car because it is still in the shop awaiting a part that may or may not fix the problem. NEVER purchase a Nissan and ESPECIALLY NOT HERE!

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. No haggling, bait and switch or high pressure sales, like your typical dealerships. David the General Manager and Kevin the Sales Associate walked me through the entire process and took the time to explain everything throughly with me. I will refer everyone to these two guys moving forward.

I couldn't be happier! My wife and I were looking to trade in our Highlander for something more fuel efficient. Kevin, Travis and Damien worked together as a team to not just help, but exceed every expectation we had. We were given a fair price for our trade in, and they got us in a brand new Sentra SR!! I went in fully expecting to leave with something cheap and pre-owned, and walked out the proud owner of the nicest, and coolest, car I've ever owned. Thank you to the team at Platinum Nissan for putting us in the kind of car we have always dreamed of. You guys have earned our business for life.
I am adding to this review. We went back and got another Sentra!! Damien and Kevin once again took amazing care of us and got my wife into a new car that she is proud of, now we both have a sentra! I also took mine in for one maintenance, and the service department was just outstanding. Thank you to everyone a Platinum Nissan for providing my family with best in class service.

I had decided it was too far for me to drive all the way to Denison to get my oil changed so I was going to find a place closer to home. But, an employee named Dennis must be new because I had never seen him before. Dennis was so kind and professional that I decided it was worth the drive to be treated so nice and will go back again.

Great experience I was un decisive about two options and the sales person (Chad) was very very patient and guided me to my options finance was good after discussing different financial options.
We bought a Pickup truck and we are happy with our vehicle.

I took my 350Z in to have a headlight bulb replaced and to have a faulty window motor looked at. After all was said and done, they had replaced nearly all the internal components in the driver's-side door, and they claimed that both headlight assemblies needed replaced...and now, afterwards, the speakers in my driver's side door no longer function!! So, nearly $5,000 later, when all I wanted was for them to replace a headlight bulb and a window motor. Then afterward, they got frustrated that I wanted the old headlight assemblies back as the right one was perfectly functional. They first claimed that they threw all of that away, but after pressing, the headlight assembly magically appeared, and surprise! It wasn't in the trash... I don't know, it seemed sketchy. I only went to this location because I'm stuck in this area for a few months, and I had no choice. The maintenance manager is also a bit gruff. It always seems like he's being hassled, or he's frustrated with every human interaction he has. All the other employees that I encountered, however, were all very pleasant and courteous people.
UPDATE:
I took my car to a stereo installer to see about the driver's side door-speaker issue and a loud banginginside my door and apparently, Platinum Nissan cut the speaker wires to my driver's side door, then ripped them out through the door after prying the crossover off of the door. They did not ask nor inform me of this. There was also, as you can see in the photo, a flashlight left INSIDE my driver's side door from the "mechanic" that worked on it, which explains the loud banging around turns. The door lock still doesn't work, btw, but I'll take it to a competent garage next time.
GO ANYWHERE ELSE! TRY FIXING IT YOURSELF! AVOID THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I was over here a week ago about an oil change. The Service Advisor took complete control with a smile on face. He was so friendly and helpful with the question i asked him. He was so pleasant an courteous. I knew my car was in good hands.His name was Dennis ,a polite and nice young man.
