We've purchased many vehicles over the last 55 years and salesperson Lee Logston and fiance manager Chad Oakley were most loving and kind employees we've ever dealt with. This was truly the best experience we've ever had in purchasing a vehicle.

Wow. Blake Utter Ford completely misrepresented the price of a vehicle on their website. After much back and forth via telephone, text and email, they ommitted a "Market Adjustment" price increase. Okay, I understand when a vehicle is in high demand, it costs more. But not being in the car business, I was unaware. Rather than share that at the beginning, they snuck the price increase in after hours of back and forth. Even if it was the best deal in the world, with the "Market Adjustment" why not be open with that in your advertising? Lost all trust and won't do business with Blake Utter Ford based on General Principal alone. Beware.

Blake Utter is at the TOP of thier game! They picked up my truck while I was at work to change my oil and washed it before returning it to me! That is some AMAZING customer service! Great job Blake and team!

I had a 9 am appointment and arrived 10 minutes early. It took all day, until after 5 pm, for my Escape to receive regular service. I called the service center after 4 pm and was passed off to someone else who didn't answer the phone so I left a voice message. No one returned my call until my husband called and stayed on the line til I was notified my vehicle was ready. This was not good enough. I will not be returning for regular oil change and service. John Chak will do a better job, quicker, for less money.

First time here, thought I would bring my vehicle here for maintenance. Positives: kids area small but cleanCar was washed Tall counter area with outlets for getting work done.Negatives:Coffee bar is Uber unwelcoming and the coffee was old and burnt.100's of old magazines Oil change and wash took 2 hours and I was the only one there.Lady sitting at counter unwelcoming and on cell phone. TV not on No decorations for holidays, or music or festive So, without sounding spoiled, you don't have to have a bougie coffee bar or a big screen television. You don't have to have fall decorations.But you should be welcoming and maybe have a welcoming atmosphere. Car sales here may not be a problem, but knowing a dealership will try to make you comfortable while you have no choice but to wait on service, means the world. Maybe what I am sensing is a lack of pride in this workplace.

My husband and I were very happy and satisfied with our experience at Blake Utter Ford. We found a vehicle online and communicated with Mark Edwards. He kept us informed if the vehicle was still there while we needed to wait until we were able to get to the dealership. When we were there Mark was very kind and thoughtful while we looked at different vehicles on the lot. There was no pressure and he catered to our wishes. We ended up purchasing a different vehicle than we anticipated. The process with finance was a little long, but we were very pleased with the outcome. We would definitely recommend Blake Utter and Mark Edwards. We are happy and pleased with our purchase.

I took my Ford in for some transmission issues, and found some dire items that needed to be fixed in addition to the transmission. Mike in service was absolutely phenomenal. I was able to set up a payment plan to get my vehicle back on the road, and they really listened to my needs as a customer to give me the best service possible. I had good communication throughout the repair process and will definitely be back. Thanks Blake Utter! Best Ford dealership service center ever.

I had the pleasure of working with both Mark and Juan As my sales representatives! Both of them were fabulous and incredibly kind. We came in to the relationship, knowing exactly what vehicle we wanted, and they made that happen for us they were Very quick to answer questions without being incredibly overwhelming and pressuring us into a vehicle that possibly would not fit our family.

I pulled up saw the car I wanted. Told our salesman what our goals were, and he gave us the keys for a test drive. We came back to give some more information about the type of deal we were looking for and then went to lunch. After our lunch we returned with several offers and close our deal. Now we are on the road with a new car and could be happier! Great place to buy a car!

I took my modified wheelchair van to Blake Utter Ford with several problems. They were able to fix them all except for one that needed a machine shop to actually make the piece which would take considerable time and expense. I am paralyzed from the waist down transferring to some vehicles is almost impossible especially the older I get. Recognizing my dilemma Blake Utter Ford donated me a transport wheelchair van! With a few modifications I will be able to drive from my wheelchair. This will make my life much easier. I cannot express how much this helps me. The staff are all nice and friendly too. So needless to say I would give Blake Utter Ford 10 stars if I could. With a special thanks to Mike I cannot say enough good things about Blake Utter Ford. Thank you so much.

I've always had a positive visit. Tanner is my Service Rep and he communicates with me extremely well and any repairs or service is done quickly. Gary is a great shuttle driver as well. Thank y'all from Brandi.
