I have have made three visits to this shop for both preventative work and repair work on my 2009 F250 and could not be more pleased with my experience. I am not sure where these low ratings are coming from, other than to say that if you find a good place that is fair and does good work, maybe you need to be more patient. Highly recommended!

I was recently referred to Family Car Clinic. Like many, I’ve found it difficult in the past to locate a quality service center, particularly for diesels. Fortunately, the team at FCC checks all the boxes. In my experience they show honesty/integrity plus they have an in-depth understanding of diesel maintenance and repair. Furthermore, their pricing structure is very reasonable considering the service they deliver. All in all, I’m glad I was introduced to JT and the team at FCC. I definitely have a go-to for any future maintenance and repair needs

I brought the car I was thinking of buying here and he was thorough and professional. He identified a couple things wrong but nothing major and helped me feel comfortable with my purchase. I will certainly come back if I need any service on my vehicle.

Horrible horrible service. Horrible prices, overcharges on everything, bad business. They didn't fix what they were supposed to fix only made it worse and had to take it to a different shop to get it fixed. DO NOT GO HERE!
