Came in to transfer my phone lines over to cricket, was immediately greeted by Lydia. She was able to help us transfer all the lines and went over all the plans and promotions in details. She was professional and kind, appreciate all her hard work!

They don’t know anything don’t waste your time with these people just call cricket customer service and speak to an Indian lol and don’t stop by thinking you can make a payment without id because they won’t take it yes I know all other stores take payments who wouldn’t but they don’t pretty much they are useless at this location just stop anywhere alse but here

If I could give this location 0 stars. I definitely would. I bought my brother a phone here at this location not even two months ago for his birthday and last night he was trying to pay his phone bill and the clerk told him he couldn't pay the phone bill unless he had my ID. present. I have never heard of a location requiring ID to make a payment, not only is the wait time at this location and service terrible, but their knowledge of technology in general sucks. I just called to better understand that policy and was told that this location requires ID for payments, even if other locations do not adhere to that policy. I asked for the franchise identification number, to which the employee kept responding with the store's phone number or the store's address. They are so misinformed that they don't even know their store ID number. I also asked for the account number to which the employee told me that she cannot give me that information even with my pin unless I go in person. Don't come here, don't be fooled by their free or cheap phones. Their customer service and knowledge is terrible and not worth saving for. I'm going to take my service down the street to 2 Hermanos Wireless because even if they know what they're doing I don't like this cricket
