“They did not have a Camry, which I was disappointed by, but they gave me a choice, and I kept jumping from car to car to feel which one was more comfortable and worked. I couldn’t find the key in the first one and they couldn’t either it took a few minutes, but I finally found a car that I liked. I did not think I went in a Special lane where you had to pay a fee I tried to stay out of it, but I got a notice saying that I did and I was charged a fee what the toll was”

“I am an Emerald member and use National every time I can. The convenience of the rental is significant through National. Cars are always spotless and the pickup and dropoff, fast and simple. The costs are not always the most reasonable and you have to rent often to gain benefits as a member, but I know I can trust the service and get a very solid, reliable car.”

“It is a great concept for people who live in the city who don't need a car everyday but it is nice to have one. Seems like a cheap monthly or yearly fee then you pick up a car and unlock with your phone to borrow it. You then need to return it to the parking spot again. It wasn't much cheaper than renting a car but the cars are more local”

The process through Budget’s corporate center was confusing (Budget sent us to the wrong location and lost our reservation three times and gave us someone else’s truck!)
