I purchased a car from this dealership and it was very challenging. I live 5 hours away, so I was comfortable buying the car without seeing it because they sent me pictures and videos. I absolutely love the car, but the experience wasn’t the best. The sales rep was SUPER amazing, but the finance department sucked. They ran my credit, which was 800, but I had to challenge them to give me a lower interest rate, which they eventually did. They kept hassling me about the warranty and changing the price. Then they removed the warranty and changed the price of the car. And to top it off, they hit my credit 4 times instead of just once. I attached photos as well. I felt like it wasn’t right, but the car itself is great. They did deliver the car to me for free, which I’m grateful for, but they didn’t tell me it would actually be driven, so the delivery was someone driving the car. I assumed it would be delivered on a truck.

I should’ve read reviews first. Yes absolutely the worst what I mean worst customer service. I don’t Laura what I didn’t want and guess what she brought me exactly what I didn’t want. They do not pay attention to the customers wants. See here the difference when I went to Nissan dealership they offered me something to drink water or soda. I was able to test drive a vehicle and not only that since we were there for a long time they even offered me food. And here at Toyota she goes if your thirsty there water from the fountain and there’s the restrooms if you need to go. I hope I never have to experience something like this again. I’m glad I didn’t get my vehicle from here. I did get a Toyota But definitely not from them.

Would give zero if I could was in there for an hour and 35 mins for a state inspection after an hour they tell me I need wipers blades which I know I didn't need I was a state inspector for 10 years and worked at dealers for 11 years I even worked at ram country.they also tried to lie to me and tell me that the dealer has different restrictions then the state does for there inspections those are rules set by the state not the individual dealership i will never be returning to this place I was even looking at trucks. On the lot but I will go else where to buy a new truck.

0 stars! Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. I called a total of 10 times and every time the lady would answer and hang up. I wanted to schedule a time to go in and get an oil change and she rushed me off the phone when she finally decided to deal with my because I was not going to give up. I had questions about warranty and payment ect. and my phone call was a disservice to her. She acted as if how dare I call and bother her. Her reason for being that way was there was no receptions available.

The customer service we get from Toyota of Del Rio is the absolute BEST. Had our 2023 Corolla serviced and the service department there just rocks....from the sales manager and GM to the people servicing our vehicles, we are always treated top notch . Thank you Ross for always treating us like family!

Once or twice a year, I come through Del Rio and have become acquainted with the local Toyota Dealership off Veterans’s Boulevard. Zelina is one of the most pleasant Toyota customer representatives you will ever work with, and Bernie, the service manager, is one of the friendliest persons you will ever meet. Whether you live in Del Rio or not, this would be an excellent dealership for you to visit, whether for service or purchasing a vehicle.

I recently brought in my Sequoia for an alignment. Initially, there were some issues aligning it and it had to stay in the shop longer than expected.
The girls at the service desk were extremely nice and helpful throughout the process. The mechanic who took over the job was friendly and in the end, got the alignment perfect. The service manager was very accommodating and ensured I was taken care of.
After a rocky start, Toyota of Del Rio service department made sure I was taken care of and did a good job on my alignment.

Their prices are too high the service is bad you go and expect to try and get business done but no you get stuck there for the whole day with no results the service sucks won't take my business there again

Sat in here for hours I was promised a good deal and was turned down because I had no down payment they make promises they can't keep the manager is just money hungry the service sucks I will take my business elsewhere DO NOT GO TO THEM unless you want to get screwed and watch what you sign they will cheat you

I went to them to try and trade my car in and get another for two weeks they sent me text messages saying they were working on it that they would have good news my credit was ran 12 times but because I didn’t have $2000 dollars down they didn’t want to help me honestly all is the manager does is yell at his employees to sell cars and make him money they falsely advertise deals to get you in the store and they are such scammers DONT GO TO THEM if corporate sees this give me a call?
