Was charged for insurance on my plan, a $2 charge for I dont know what. $10 for a phone case I was never given or asked if I wanted. They also tried charging me for calls to Mexico which I don't need. I am reporting you to the better business Bureau. Telling me my bill would be $60 and then charging me $68 and lying about me needing insurance the first month even though I was never even told I'd have it. I had to call and then go back into the store to confront David as to why he failed to mention any of this to me. He never apologized once even when he refunded the invisible phone case he never asked me if I wanted. Oh and not to mention he lead me to believe that there was no $15 activation fee. It was fun spending an hour and a half dealing with him.

i had a sim card issue. the young lady kept trying to sell me a phone and was unhelpful with anything else. she had a nasty attitude, so i called her nasty.nothing else. just nasty. so to prove my point she kicked me out and called the cops. she said i made her feel uncomfortable. i tried the other store and by the time i arrived she had called ahead, crying of course, with her sad story. they said they will no longer provide me service. i told the manager and the cops to watch the video to see and hear what a cool, calm, and collected dude i was. they didn't care one bit about me or who was right or wrong. i'm just a white male with to much privilege i guess and how dare i call a young mexican lady, nasty. outrage! at least we still have trump
