Bought a new to me vehicle. Interior was a pig stye. Filthy with lots of stains. I had no hope that it could be cleaned. I was shocked when I picked it up. Interior looks like new.

Was a faithful customer but everytime I went to this location the vacuums never worked. I would be one of the 1st people there in the morning so there was no excuse. So after I asked more than a handful of times why they did not work I ended up going 2 lights down the street to Tommy's and when I tell you my car looks like I hand wash it every time and every vacuum there works!!

Wish I'd gotten a name because the man that provided the service was excellent. My boyfriend needed an urgent last minute shampoo and deep cleaning on his vehicle and the man did a wonderful job beyond my boyfriends expectations. The man that provided the service was very attentive over the phone and he was 100% attentive & professional in person too. My boyfriend was impressed by how new looking his vehicle was, I'll be sure to take my truck next time too.

This place is now called Go Car Wash and I must say I was so disappointed. I played for service where my tires were supposed to be shined along with the wash. My tires were so dry and a shy after the wash was done. I think they gave me somebody else's wash. I always wondered when they have multiple cars paying at the same time how do they ensure the right person is getting the right wash. I never had this issue when it was Rio Car Wash but not that it is Go Car Wash I am tempted to go some where else to get my wash.

We just did the drive through car wash hoping it would get dried on egg off our car but certainly not expecting much in the way of service. We were frankly stunned at how kind, pleasant, helpful, and committed the staff were to making sure our car got cleaned. Mario helpfully explained all the options to us, helped us select the right car wash and followed up when we exited the car wash to see if it had worked. It hadn't all come off so he gave us a cloth to help scrub it off and let us go through again until it was all off. Rio way over performed expectations and Mario is a gem!

I signed up for the mangers special during the summer promotion and they charge my credit card monthly for the full car wash, Once you enter the car wash, per the decal that was provided to me, the decal is suppose to recognize the full manager special,wash,wax, tire shine. NO on 3 occasions it's given me the basic wash, due to the fact, there's so many cars going thru at the same time. Their system can't figure which car wash package. If you're going to charge my credit card each month for a service, I expect to get that service. Imagine having to drive your car thru the car wash twice on the same visit. Customers Pay close attention, I'm going to file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, this is a Bait and switch. This has happened 3 times at 2 of their locations, Hull street and Midlothia.

Bought a brand new car and took it through the car wash and something flew and hit my windshield and cracked it while I was inside the car wash. They told me they'd watch footage but I assure you they didn't because they winks too seen it happen. I've been a loyal member of this car wash for over a year and their response to the damage was very disappointing. I will not be going back!

I like coming here on my way to work. The cheapest was is $4 and you get in and out quick when they first open. After the wash you have the free vacuum that goes with the was you paid for. Some people seem to take forever with the vacuums. They fill up fast when it is busier. Once I was there and the wash shut down. Something happened to a car inside and a few employees went in. Then two cars pulled up to where I guess the office is. Might have hit each other but not sure. I think I got someone else's wash because I got the wheel shine and I did not pay for that.

I would give them 0 stars if that were an option. I've had a membership to Rio for a year now. This week their machine ripped a piece of plastic off my passenger side door. After inspecting the damage, I was informed by their General Manager that my car must have had damage prior to entering the car wash and that "there was no way" their machine could have ripped the plastic molding off my vehicle. I can assure you, that my car was not damaged prior to entering the car wash and that while my car was in the machine, we heard the brushes hit the plastic and knock it loose. Mr. Kemp stated that they were not liable for any damage done by their machines. When I canceled my membership as a result, they did not care that they were losing my family as a customer. I would encourage you to consider using a different car wash if you don't want your vehicle to be damaged.

I love this Rio! They are always friendly and provide fast service. I especially appreciate Jay as he greets you with a smile and is very accommodating. If you need to get your car washed, I highly recommend visiting this location. I always leave looking shiny!

This place is outstanding! I have never seen a more diverse staff in my entire life! Lotta young employees working always speaking and very friendly. In fact the staff is so friendly that I not only washed my car but I registered my entire company fleet with them because I was so impressed.
