The staff here is so friendly!! And helpful!! I'm not going to make the names of the companies I've had horrid experiences at, and recently, but just know that you're in good hands with cricket.. and you should probably ust avoid going to metro PCs, those ppl don't want your business.. that's my personal opinion.

Blanca helped me purchase a new phone today. She was so sweet and was very informed on all the products in the store. All of the employees there had great customer service. I am very happy with my new phone and the set up was a little long but there were no problems.
