“My air hose cut just near the glad hand. I went to Del Rio NAPA to replace the whole thin. However, the manager by himself got all the fittings that I needed and in less than 10 minutes, he solved all my air hose problems. The staff is friendly and most willing to assist their customers. They reminded me of what customer satisfaction means. They deserve more than 5 star rating.”
“Went to auto zone for check charging system and Fernando was very helpful!!
He ran all tests for me and in the end all that was found was that my battery was a little lose.. He brought out the tools, tightened it up for me and I was good to go!!

You know some stores when there's an emergency or something that an item is really needed a lot of them tend to raise the the price I'm glad to see they didn't.( a good store)”

“Another great experience at "Flores Automotive" took a 2014 Chrysler 300s in due to ac blowing cold on passenger side and hot on driver side. They figured out it was an actuator issue. Before throwing parts at the situation I watched Bobby try and relearn the actuators. Unfortunately an actuator needed replacing but I highly respect and appreciate him trying the relearning process before throwing parts at it. Good honest people at Flores Automotive. Replaced actuator that needed be and now ac is blowing solid cold on both sides. Thank you Bobby, Thad, Jacob and the rest of the Crew. I recommend Flores Automotive!”

They left the windows open and it rained over night. Seat and everything wet. That’s not including all the extras they wanted to add. Disappointed.
Update: the group from Toyota reached out to me and made it right. I was very grateful. They made a mistake but more than made up for it. Thank you.”
