Good haircut but overall experience wasn't great. Inside looks outdated and old, the products look out dated and old as well. Seems like they only use one type of shampoo and conditioner for all hair types and smelled like old lady perfume. No products in my hair, was hoping for some hair protective product for styling and anti frizz. The lady was quiet and didn't ask in detail about what I wanted, had to walk her through what I wanted. Unprofessional as well by answering personal phone calls/texts while doing my hair and cell phone kept going off. Also went over to other people that walked in to discuss their styling. I didn't feel prioritized at all. They had appts available day of though so at least I didn't have to wait to get in.

Great Customer service really friendly and professional. My daughter and I both had color done here and it came out amazing! Would definitely recommend she does an amazing job!! My daughter loved the color blocking she got and my highlights came out beautiful.

I found a wonderful hair dresser here who enlightened me to the world of multi-faceted blonde highlights/lowlights but after my 2 visits she gave notice and I lost her for a bit. Come to find out when she gave notice, the manager here kept her appointment book out of spite to not allow her clients to follow her to the next salon. Bad business. Luckily I found her again!

I got My hair cut by Ruth and as always she gets it right!!!! Love the way she pays attention to detail!! Love the way she does highlights I recommend her to everyone .... I dont trust my hair to just anyone. She makes the highlights look natural.⤠I come all the way from San Antonio just to get my hair done.

Ruth is amazing. I'm new to the area and I was nervous because I had been with my stylist for 10 years. She takes the time to listen to concerns and is super professional. Additionally she's always on time and I have ALOT of hair. So thankful to have her in my corner.
