Wish there was a possibility of negative stars here. Usually don't give reviews but the issues were made worse every time an employee basically opened their mouth.The root of this issue starts with trying to find a medication on back order across all pharmacies. I was referred to this particular location by another Walgreens. I had already been to Walmart, HEB, CVS and a few other locations before deciding to call before taking a 30 minute drive to this location.In the morning I spoke to a gentlemen that verified the address and gave it back to me. I was told if I bring the prescription they could get it ordered.I went ahead and drove out there which is when the firs issues presents itself. The employee, young lady with a head band, asked one of the other employees about the prescription. She came back to me and told me that they could not get this until December 5th. I said no problem, I can come pick this up then. Well the young lady handed the script back and told me to go to a CVS at a Target location because they typically have things in stock because they do not have a drive thru. Although the suggestion is nice, she flat out gave me a direct competitor. Then she more than doubled down by telling me to try Sam's, Costco, little independent pharmacies but would not take the prescription so after giving another opportunity I said forget it, I will just take the business elsewhere.Before I was about to leave I did express my displeasure and asked if they have a gentlemen working in the Pharmacy. Mind you I am standing at the counter and can see the 11 employees 10 of which are females. I asked if that gentlemen could have possibly answered the phone in the mornings when nobody was there yet, she said yes, but I highly doubt it because he is the pharmacist. So I asked the employee so no chance in gods green earth I could have spoken to this gentlemen. The next response irritated me even more; at this point she had blamed a call center for misleading me even though she did nothing to right the ship. I took the script and began to walk out where at the same time another employee was in a full blown argument with an elderly lady over her medications as well. Not one of the employees attempted to step in and try to stop this back and forth, but instead watched the sparring continue. I laughed and then found a manager of the store.I expressed this entire story and the manager asked me "what do you want me to do?" I was more aggravated at this point. I explained if she needed to ask me what to do, there in lies the issue. Whoever is hiring these individuals needs to have a refresher course on how to screen for better candidates. It is shameful to send someone to a competitor and not try to gain the business but blame, fight and resist what the customers are asking for. Had the young lady listened they would be trying to fill the prescription, instead taking to the internet to report this piss poor customer service and management at this location. By looking at other reviews myself and the elderly woman today aren't the only ones feeling this way.I will help those out around town. The suggestion to drive around the small city called Houston is one of the dumbest remarks I have heard for customer service. Only if you are in absolute pain and need an opioid to help you sleep, I would not utilize this 24 hour pharmacy or location.Staff needs training and manager needs some backing or someone else making sure not just any warm body is acceptable as an employee. Sad to see where the world has gotten. Someone needs to take ownership and pride to make the visit right or better, not asking the customer what to do. Pay me a salary and I will show you.

Should not even be a one star. Not sure who the pharmacist was around noon on Sunday the 12th of March but she deserves a 10 star for being RUDE. I have dealt with many rude people but she tops them all. She must teach the class on being rude. If there is any management at this store may I make a suggestion that you tell her without us the customer neither one of you have a job. I will be changing to CVS which is right across the street.

Walgreens thank you for being a friend. Travel down the road and back again.And you know what I found?Walgreens like a champ open 24/7.Walmart, how you keeping them doors shut but Walgreens running strong?Walgreens in the lead.

In the last year this pharmacy has really gone downhill. I was not able to get my pain medication when I got my wisdom teeth extracted. They always seem to be out of stock of my son's medication or somehow the Doctor's order was never received( this has happened multiple times.) I have waited all week for my son's medicine just told be told it was never recieved now he is completely out. Another time it was saying it was being process for a week and finally had to call and ot was never even being filled and after I called like 20 minutes later it was ready the lady couldn't even tell me what happen for it to not to have been filled. I have finally had enough and switched pharmacies.

Terrible customer service at this pharmacy. Dealt with a young girl w/dark hair and glasses, asked her a simple question, she was very rude and condescending. Didn't need all her attitude.

Please make sure that you train your pharmacy technician better!! There are some that really do the jobs well!! Then there are some who do not know how to look up your correct time for a refill pickup?????? Thanks for the Pharmacist on duty to tell them there job while there busy trying to prepare refills!!

I went in for a covid booster. There was no one in the pharmacy, yet they refused to give it to me because I didn’t have an appointment. Ridiculous! Other walgreens have given me shots without appointments.

Insurance forces me to go to this brand of pharmacy. I think I'll be switching stores, however. It's really close but the headache I get in receiving the exact same prescriptions that are vital is ridiculous. I understand red tape and all, but when you're supposed to take several medications daily and the monthly delay is CONSISTENTLY upwards of six days each every refill it's absolutely unacceptable. The fact no one cares and is more interested in getting you off the phone is even worse.As a business owner myself, I couldn't imagine keeping my doors open if I treated customers like this place does. It's not some obscure medication and it's on hand, but it's THEIR review process that does literally nothing until you call them several times that is holding up the process so there's no one to blame but the pharmacy itself. I bet their loved ones don't have to go through this and they'd care a LOT more if it was. Should be ashamed if such a thing were capable, I assume it is NOT.

I had to drop off a package for FedEx, and they are a drop off location. I walk in, and go to photo, which is where drop off is. 2 women wearing red walgreens shirts were standing there talking, didn't acknowledge me, finished their conversation and walked away. I was very visible, and had the package in my hand. I know they saw me, because they had to go around me to walk away. So I followed one woman, and said I was just standing there and I needed to drop this off.... best part was she was a MANAGER!!! She scanned the package and I walked out. I hate walgreens

I have been profiled from the get go at this location. I've gone as far as almost having to contact lawyers because they were laughing and making fun of me for 37 minutes straight putting me on hold passing the phone to 4 different people whole time they were making fun of me nonchalantly on and off and in the back. They make me wait til day 31 sometimes on prescriptions just because they play god up there. They aren't doctors and God knows what they are doing. Bad things happen to people who treat others like this and when you hold someone's anti psychotic medicine from them when they are on fay 30 plus you are waiting for a incident to happen that will be directly linked to your name and store and thats when you'll find out
