How can I update this to 6 stars? Every single time I walk into this place I’m treated with the highest quality of customer service and smiley faces all around. As customers, we don’t ask for much, just good customer service! First USPS to ever have a good experience at. That’s why it’s my location of choice.

Reported that a person using box number 142 named Derek Berry of quick run title services is running a complete scam. That includes the post office reported it to the post office and they could care less. They said there’s nothing they can do about it so if you wanna run a scam, make sure you use this post office because they don’t care and won’t do anything about it, so Derek Berry from quick run title services using this address 200 E. Saint Saint Augustine Ave., Deer Park box number 142 is nothing but a complete scan

The guy at the counter on Tuesday afternoon at 3 o’clock, January 2, 2024 would not take the time to help me with my customs declaration form. Sent me off to figure it out on my own. I felt pressured to get out of the way so he could assist people with simpler shipments. After I spent 30 minutes standing at a separate counter, obviously confused, I went back to the front desk to ask them for a new form because I was sure I botched up the first one. He gave me a new form and did not ask any questions. Very poor service.

The ladies today were amazing and very helpful. One of the ladies check twice the address, but I have it wrong. There were very cordial and great with everyone. I will be back, the experience was great.
