No customer service at all ,rude I later found out not all ups stores are authorized to return packages from certain companies I have my regular ups store that I will stick to friendly and are authorized to take my packages

Paid $175 on 5/15 for my package to be delivered 5/16 EOD— only to be told the package hadn’t left the store I paid to ship it as of 5/17. The store blaming the driver the over the phone reps saying it never left the store. This is as my moms 60th birthday gift worth OVER $1000.00 & this package was very important to me. For this to have been/ be handled so carelessly is concerning.went to the store at the end of day on 5:16 instead of the curly haired blonde guy helping me he gave ME a paper and made ME call the number to look for my package(which is fine, but whatever happened to customer service) that I paid THEM $175. To ship, never got a clear answer so I ended up leaving. The following day reached out to Baytown shipping department, they still have not located the package. I honestly think someone may have stolen my package either the driver or someone at the facility. This is very concerning, I definitely won’t be using this location ever again.

Bad service and workers act like they are bored out of their minds. If you have to make them wait to get added info on your phone , they make faces of disgust or roll their eyes. Very unprofessional !!!
