I had an issue with an Amazon return at the UPS Store, and Stacy went above and beyond to help me. I dropped off my package around 1:30, but Amazon had mistakenly given me only one return label instead of two. Later, I noticed I only received a refund for one item.
I went back to the store about 20 minutes before closing, and despite being busy with lots of returns, Stacy was so kind and genuinely helpful. She took my name, looked into it, and guided me through the process. After working with Amazon customer service, I realized they had sent me the same label again, and Stacy caught that right away. Eventually, Amazon sent the correct label, and thanks to Stacy, both returns were successfully processed.
Her patience, professionalism, and friendly attitude really stood out. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. Great job, Stacy—I truly appreciate your help! Highly recommend this location.

Customer service in the store was normal. The delivery service is not good. Package has still not been delivered and its close to 24 hours past when I was told it would arrive. I’ll use FedEx next time.

This location refused services to me because I wanted to ship a pistol's slide for gunsmithing. Just the metal, a non functional piece of metal. No frame, barrel, springs or ammunition was to be included. Funny how ive done this 1000s of times at the ups close to home. They Said they could not generate a shipping label for me nor ship it out of store. There's millions of guns here. Its texas get used to it.

I just had the most bizarre experience dropping off a pre labeled package for shipment. There were two ladies working both assisting other customers when I arrived. I waited my turn, less than 30 seconds, when the first lady was finished. I waited for acknowledgement, and she did everything possible to avoid looking at me or speaking. The other lady finished, acknowledged me and took my package and gave me my receipt. She at least assisted me, but didn't seem like she wanted to. I take packages here at least once a week and this was the first time I have been treated like anything other than a child of God. I walked in with a smile on my face, left wondering why I was treated differently than the customers just ahead of me. Again, I wasn't impatient, there was barely a wait time. Based on previous reviews this seems to be a pattern that ownership cannot resolve. I have 30 years of experience in sales and customer service and if ownership cannot resolve a recurring issue then they may be part of the problem. I never receive poor treatment at FedEx. Today FedEx earned all of my business.

No customer service at all ,rude I later found out not all ups stores are authorized to return packages from certain companies I have my regular ups store that I will stick to friendly and are authorized to take my packages
