“I had a great experience at Mousa's. Mr. J and Mr. Jody were very knowledgeable, helpful and explained everything to me. Very honest as well. I had a bad lifter and they explained the whole process, timing, pricing and even 1 option I had to possibly fix the issue, but couldn't guarantee it. It didn't work but they were understanding that it was an expensive job and that if I looked somewhere else they would understand. They even referred another shop to me that could possibly do it cheaper. Honestly, because of that I decided to stay local and give the business to them. They kept me up to date throughout the process and had my truck ready to go as expected. I really didn't want to get rid of this truck and it is running like new! Highly recommend.”

The mechanic dropped what he was doing & aired them & I got to work on time. The price for my oil change was what I could afford, & they did a quick check on everything. They went completely above and beyond to make sure my bill came as close to an affordable range as they could.I could make this post so much longer just singing their praises”
“No one wants to experience car problems however if and when I do I pray that I am close enough to go back to Rafael at J&I. That morning I found myself stranded because my starter went out. I called AAA to confirm and immediately start looking for shops nearby to get it towed. I checked around and thankfully found J&I Automotive. Rafael immediately answered with a friendly and courteous demeanor. I asked him for price of start repair and he quoted $420 (which was part $375 and labor). His price was the average price so I went with him. Upon arrival he greeted me with a smile, has the deepest dimples so you know he's not shady lol. I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of at all. He explained the turnaround time of July 5 in the am. Of course I didn't expect him to work on July 4th (next day) so I wasn't expecting a quick turnaround. Fortunately, Just like he estimated my car was ready the next day after the holiday at 9:11am! I love how they email you when your vehicle is ready along with the invoice to pay. This seamless process is great because once you review invoice (itemized) you just pickup car once you arrive. They also accept AMEX ! The lady that worked in office was also great, I didn't get her name but she was so politely. I felt good about everything. I recommended my sister to him because I feel he will get the job done quick fast and with a honest policy. I hope I won't be back for obvious reasons but if I do need auto repair, I'm coming back.”

“I went here for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Mitch had his mechanics look over my truck. Mitch took time to listen to my concerns and go over with me what repairs were going to be needed. He even suggested that he could do these repairs in stages and didn't have to all right away. He did repair my AC without having to replace the compressor. I am really happy with the repairs. “Ton is a great guy! He got everything handled for me, including the tow. My car was shaking pretty bad after it shut off at a red light, but a day after I got it back (3 days later) it changes gears smoother than any other car I have. No issues accelerating or decelerating (I stress tested it on the highway). He also gave me a very good price, especially for the service received.I'm not a trusting person and had some reservations letting him handle everything, but it was the right choice and I'll be bringing my other cars back in the future, hopefully under better circumstances.”
