I signed up and then decided to cancel my membership, I was unable to cancel because the manger was not at the facility. They charged my debit card after telling me they wouldn't, the manager keeps banker hours and isn't at the facility until noon most days. Poor customer service,no one can make decisions ,do not give your bank account Info or debit card. Do not use planet fitness anyplace.
The reply I just received is typical crap and offered no resolution. Stay away from this place. Don't give them your info.
I filed a fraudulent charge on them with my debit card and bank . Just canceling my accou.t and issuing a refund for the money that was taken without my authorization would have been easier

I like the equipment they have to use and the layout of the equipment/gym as a whole. Like the cleaning of equipment rule, I like the hours of operation, and I don't get called every week trying to get me to buy stuff.

This is hands down the best Planet fitness EVER! Isabella and Axialis are on there game. I will call them the A-Team. Stop in and let them make your your day the same way they made mine.

Only good if you don't use Black card. Work out ar great and it's a quiet place but. I waited over 10 minutes trying to go into the spa. There was no employees to let us in I was not the only one waiting. Again great for basic plan, but dont waste your money on a black card if you want to use the rooms. I'm going to downgrade so I'm not disappointed.

This is the best gym I've ever been a member of. I'm 63 and enjoy all the wonderful different arrays of workout machines. The staff is always helpful and kind I've been to three different planet fitnesses in the area here in kemah area and I love it Mr wellworth the premium rate the black card is what you want
