They tried to scam me. I was getting my car inspected, and my cabin air filter changed. The mechanic quoted me 10 dollars for the filter, and the inspection was 25 dollars. The bill said 51 dollars and he told me it was because of taxes?!

Scammers and liars. Do not go here. They will take your money and provide zero service. Then when called on it, they simply say "it is company policy". So it is Take 5 company policy to screw your customers. Avoid this place!

I’ve been to multiple take fives around the Houston area and this is by far the best location!! I will drive 30 minutes just for this location. The guys are always super fast and helpful. Truly the best team around. Also always love how they make sure things are as affordable as possible! Can’t say enough good things about this place!

This past weekend, I went to have my oil changed. I received excellent service. I don't remember the young man's name but he was very respectful and professional. Hire more people like him!!!

First inspection I’ve ever gotten where they felt it necessary to drive my car on the road. Nor did they notify me that they would be taking it on joy ride. Unprofessional, and uneducated.

They tried to scam my son. He went in for a state inspection and they told him he needed a new cabin air filter, but they'd install one for $10. When it came time to pay for the $25.50 inspection and $10 air filter, they charged him $51. When my son told them "no, it should be $35", they said "oh, well you know. Taxes" My son told them it shouldn't be $15 for tax and they said "well the air filter is usually $49", clearly admitting to the scam. I was on the phone with my son the whole time and when I told him I was coming up there, they quickly refunded his money.
