I am pleased with the helpful and professional services that i received today at H&R Block. While there, all of my tax questions were answered with patience, and were done so in a timely manner. The branch that I visited was pleasant and friendly. I am confident that my taxes were accurately. I will be returning.

Everyone I came into contact with was rude at this location. The front desk did not greet us, nor did she lead the conversation. I had to let her know I was there for an appt, which she then prompted us to have a seat. While waiting, another employee came from the back to get her next customer, she stood there just staring at these people, not saying anything at first. The customers were on their phones while waiting. The employee rudely said, "Are we sleeping over there? If we wake up we can get this done!" The lady (customer) looked up and was like, "Oh, you're ready for us!" And the tax employee said, "Now that you're awake, we can get this over with." My husband and I couldn't believe what this lady had said. Never once called them by name or anything. She had whitish, a little longer than shoulder length hair...never got her name. Then, the lady who helped us (didn't finish because we left), wasn't very friendly at all! Another lady came to her cubicle and pretty much got on to her in front of us for looking over something. Will never use h&r block again!

Ms. Jackie Eason was absolutely amazing with us! In and out in a reasonable amount of time also! A big plus!! She was super friendly too. It was as if we had a friend doing our taxes for us.

Linda C at the DP location helped my husband and I with any deductions we may have not thought of, plus gives guidance for next year. She's knowledgeable with changes year to year. We have worked with Linda C for over 5 years and each year we receive the same great experience.
