“This is the place to stay in this part of Houston! FOR THE MONEY & SERVICE THIS PLACE CAN’T BE BEAT! Rooms are very clean and nice. Service is off the charts. I needed assistance and the Manager Tonya Sprinkles stepped in, worked overtime, and helped me out. I tried to tip her cash and she wouldn’t accept the tip. She and this hotel are why we stay at IHG hotels. Thank you Ms. Tonya!”

“My experience was great until this morning. I encountered some unprofessional behavior & unsatisfactory service from the worker from this morning. She is nothing like the lady LeeAnn who has a great attitude & is very helpful. This woman from this morning was not helpful and had a bad attitude because she didn't want to do her job. Usually the breakfast is ready in the morning. But unfortunately the worker from this morning likes to sit down. She does have mobility issues due to her being extremely overweight but that should not mean the customer has to suffer. She had a bad attitude when asked a question about the waffle maker not being on like usual. Instead of her following some simple customer service guidelines like not to get nasty about it. Instead she yells from across the lobby which she should have got up off the chair and walked over to see the issue. She sent another woman who was just sitting in the lobby watching the news to come and assist. I'm not sure how many employees was actually on the clock because this lady walked behind the counter too. The other woman also heavy set stomped her way over to the waffle machine with such a stank attitude it was apparent at that time they wanted a lengthy in depth review. Up until today everything was perfect down to the room service. Even the attendant from yesterday was very professional. When I arrived she was standing at the door ready to work! She got to my paperwork and got me checked in quickly. It was only until this morning that I had the pleasure of encountering such unhelpful individuals. It's definitely not LeeAnns fault that I only gave this place 3 stars those stars are meant for her. If them other ladies was not just sitting down then the breakfast would be ready in the morning. I've stayed at some very prestigious hotels from Houston to Miami & I believe that this could be considered a luxury hotel too. The behavior of a few staff should not reflect the entire stay. They have a beautiful pool , vending machines , a washing machine area and a full lobby to sit and eat. The rooms are really nice idk what the one person was complaining about the room didn't smell bad. They have mini refrigerators , microwaves , mini coffee pots , hair dryers and a bunch of hygiene products. They also have a small love seat and coffee table. The people who do the room service have my respect so much. I really think they did an outstanding job & maintained honesty along with integrity. My belongings were taken care of with respect. I appreciate them alot. The 1st night we checked in there was lots of people in the parking lot and near the sidewalks but they were all very polite & friendly. Everyone was inside once it was about 10 p.m and the parking lot has plenty of space to park. We had no issues at all with safety or noise from fireworks. It was peaceful, quiet & refreshing. This area has lots of food places and stores near by.”

“Great cleanliness, breakfast and location was wonderful. Gina, manager and front desk female and night agent were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the lock on my room malfunctioned my first night. I sat in the hallway and then lobby for about one hour while the issue was resolved.”

“Hotel very clean and everyone was nice. Van picked me up from the airport. Dinner was a non-event. Went down about 7pm and there were maybe 5 others at the bar. I have stayed at Hilton Gardens in the past and had exceptional service. This was not one of those experiences. The lady “working” the bar was hardly there. I ordered a drink finally and had planned to order dinner but could see she was not sure what she was doing when she was there. Most of the time she was in the kitchen. One gentleman near me had an empty bottle on the edge of the bar obviously waiting for another but was never asked if he wanted one. Others made comments she was either unskilled or overwhelmed. I finally paid for my drink and walked away. I was going to get some chips or popcorn in the snack area but there were none stocked. I got two beers, charged them to my room, and left. I will stay at another local property from here on.”

“We had a great experience here and would definitely stay again! The hotel is new. Hotel and the staff were very nice. We really liked that the parking is secured with a gate that you need your room key to open. The room was clean and the beds are comfortable, and the mattresses have protective covers.The free breakfast was good with several choices.The lobby and breakfast area is very nice and There is a full bar. Unfortunately they did not have a bar tender yet because it’s new, but they still offered us complimentary beer and wine.Although it’s on the access road it wasn’t noisy because the highway is elevated above and it’s kind of tucked back with not much around it. The only issue was minor, the bathroom floor had some trash they missed underneath the sink. Overall great stay!”

“My stay at studio 6 was very I only wear the rooms clean but the staff was very friendly and made me feel we had clean towels everyday which also made my stay even more I would suggest studio 6”

“Definitely loved our stay here! We always choose Home2 suites but this particular location is one of our favorites! They constantly check on you if you need anything, did see a patrol by the parking at night. If we come back to Houston this is absolutely our go to hotel!”

“The staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is as expected for Hampton Inn- fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, eggs, sometimes gravy sometimes potatoes. Everything was great except workout room. Husband and I like treadmills and elliptical. First 2 days 1 treadmill wouldn't work...I did tell guest services and they saud they would have maintenance check it out. On 3rd day neither worked. Overall it was a very good stay. Thank you for being so friendly!”

“I waited to write this review because the property was well operated but I would not stay here again. The staff was nice and helpful. People outside drinking in the parking lot all hours of the night. Clientele here are mostly workers with loud vehicles. Loud late into the evening. Good place if you are working in the area but not what we were looking for in a hotel. We were there for a class and between loud occupants and traffic this did not work us.”

“After a long ride, it was a very peaceful and convenient place to stay when away from home. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff Victoria was very kind when calling to reserve and helpful with anything I needed also gave a few suggestions of areas I may like visiting for my weekend stay. She’s amazing we need more people with the customer service that was provided by her . In the evening Brandon with the black button was a doll with assisting me with extra bedding I needed. Very cool guy he’s very sweet and professional I loved his helpful attitude. With that kinda of treatment I felt more than valued as a guest/customer both 10/10. I recommend staying here. I felt very safe inside and outside. The complementary breakfast was great. Smells fresh and the staffing is awesome. We will be back! Thank you for being a great part of such an awesome weekend.”

“In the midst of recent flooding in my area we had to leave home and come here. This isn't the first time in this same senerio having to room here due to devastation from our weather and these guys that run this location have always been fair and super nice to us each time we've had to stay here. Highly recommendIsn't first class celeb type of living for a day or two but very very comfortable and convenient. Thx yall for being so cool”

“Came to Houston for training. I always stay at an IHG location if possible. Santos, at the front desk, is awesome. He went above and beyond to help me when I was I need. He also flagged me down for a lost item I was looking for! He must have known it was mine (I suppose I asked him for help often enough). He’s a good people person. Clean rooms but a tough location (I guess??) if you order door dash— a whole other argument on a different platform. Will stay here again if need be.

“This hotel was great. The room was nice and had a comfy bed. They have a good selection for breakfast in the morning and all the employees were all very nice. I'll be choosing this one again if I'm back in the ”

“Room had a few things that were just skimpy. The towels were small and the shampoo etc. wasn't enough for both of us, mainly because water was so hard. Lighting wasn't great in the room. The hallway had a smell that was not great, but at least the room smelt good. Breakfast was really good and the lady working the area did really well and was very welcoming. Front desk however was all business. No smiles, no how are you doing, or welcome both at check in and check out.

Don't park your car next to the trees. The bird poop was unbelievable.”

The room I stayed in was clean, all lights were bright, nothing seemed old or broken. All the outlets worked and the staff was on par. Great little spot that I would definitely stay at again. On thing to note is that it is close to train tracks, on one night a train just went nuts with blowing its horn”

“Just went here for an hourly rental. Wasn't expecting much upon checkin, but this was surprisingly a pretty pleasant Palace Inn...I've visited my fair share, and some have been way below the quality of this location...so I definitely will be visiting again in the future.”

They were nicely furnished, the breakfast was one of the better ones, the common areas were clean and it was quiet after dark. Will be staying here again.”

“ive seen reviews about roaches but there are none in the room. i guess they did a remodel or something but it worked because the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable (ac, tv, nice big shower + tub). there are bugs OUTSIDE but there are always bugs outside so i dont care LOL

the staff is friendly and gave us extra towels and stuff when we asked :3 the parking lot floods a LOT if it just rains for a little bit though, and their laundry room is a little out of order. but still very good and a nice place to stay after our house was screwed up by Beryl

also pet friendly as long as your pets arent terrible and untrained

Walkability: walking distance to walmart, waffle house, shell gas station, and like every fast food place you could think of. as well as chilis and other sit-downs down the street”
