office care is horrible and the front office personnel act like they could care less about helping people. For people that have difficulty walking, they take you from the front of the building to a patient room all the way in the back where you sit and wait for another extended time to see a practitioner. The whole experience is just terrible and I remember when they were much better. Now it seems like all they care about is getting the money.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Very pathetic service and lack of care for their patients. Had my husband wait over an hour to get seen and still waited 45 mins to get evaluated by a physician. Super rude staff and will definitely waste your time. Maybe they should stop hiring people with little to no education to run this facility.

The doctors and staff in the back were incredibly nice and treated patients well. Front desk however, were very rude, impatient, and had an attitude when speaking to them which I did not appreciate at all and think they could do so much better considering that the staff members working in the back were incredibly sweet and professional. The receptionist who attended me was also unorganized and miscommunicated, leading to making the whole process of checking in absolutely dreadful as a first-timer.

I was very upset with the reception part of the service throughout my experience here for the first time. We were able to check in through the kiosk, and after we had to speak with a receptionist. At first, she was okay to talk to, and I needed an additional service to be added to when everything changed. After she had finished with her phone call, another staff member had asked if we needed help and she proceeded to reply " I already took care of them I don't know why they're standing there" knowing I had inquired about an additional service. Once we had received a paper we needed to fill out, I had told her I would bring it to her as soon as I could and she replied " You better hurry up because I already checked you in". Personally, that is no way to treat a customer, especially when you have paid for the services already. It doesn't cost anything to be educated and have manners. As a receptionist, you guys are who people first interact with and represent the business. Try better with that, but the back of the staff was very pleasant and professional.

The front office people act put out when you ask a question and seem very uncaring. It's an act of congress to get paperwork filled out Definitely glad this is NOT my primary care doctor and hope we can find a new one for my family member. was Even told "you're not our only patient" when I asked for paperwork 5 days after we turned it in So sad. They should be better.

I absolutely LOVE my new Dr. I have never felt so heard before and the staff is all so kind and amazing! This is the first time I didn’t feel like I had to question everything to get answers. And push and beg to be taken seriously. Every appt I had before my concerns were swept under the rug. Now I finally have a doctor who checks things, even if it’s to just give me answers to my concerns and symptoms to let me know if it’s nothing or not. I HIGHLY recommend DP family clinic! Great staff, super friendly, great DR! Thorough, kind and very knowledgeable!

Words can not describe how incompetent and unhelpful the reception team was when I called to make a simple appointment for a wellness check, horrible staff On a past appointment I tried to call the doctor and they said they would call back, almost a week had past where I had been calling everyday. I had no medication because the doctor never called me back, when I finally got my medication I still never spoke to the doctor, it was a nurse that said she was being the middle man. Horrible place to go if you actually need help, will never go back. I gave them a second chance and it was a worse experience from the first time.

I give it 1 star because the receptionists are very rude and that is not right, they should change staff or give them good training. I give 5 stars to the doctors and nurses, they are another bummer, very kind.
