“I love coming here to donate. I try to donate platelets every week or whatever is in need the most. The whole facility is kept very clean, updated, bright and cheerful and I love the music they play. The staff are very patient, friendly and personable. They always make sure I'm comfortable and feeling ok during and after donating. I'm not treated like a stranger or just another donor in a line. There is plenty of parking and their hours and location are decent.”

“Love the friendly staff. I hope they will take a second look at how the books, CDs and DVDs are labeled with the price tag stickers. More often than not, the newer, larger price stickers cover the titles! No longer can you simply scan the titles to see if there is something that interests you because you can't see the titles. I gave up after a few minutes trying.”

“This Goodwill is hands downs one of the best I've been too! First off the staff here alone are AMAZING...they are happy to work here...I've never seen staff be so happy to work anywhere! They were polite, professional, personable and just dam right happy! The "boutique" section is fairly large...about 4 racks maybe a few more majority of the items were 12.99 for Zara, free the people, Talbots, express, lululemon. I appreciate the boutique racks lots of great finds! I've found other great find throughout the store as it's jammed packed with items with them even bringing out more. Get ready to spend a few hours here you will not be leaving empty handed I promise!”
“Great place and they help you very well but i have some complaints about the child care services especially kenessa person shes rude and so disrespectful to clients and acts like shes better than everyone else when all of us were struggling to get on our feet and doing something to prevent us from downfall but she continued to bring us down at the shelter which i do not appreciate but all though the shelter is a very good place and helps you get started to your life journey.”
“If I could give them more stars I would. Professionally 100% caring 100% found them thru the breast cancer line, Since I first spoke with Nery she care for me and was willing to help me. Told her I was low income and she said was no problem Send my check stubs and she scheduled me an appointment, as soon I walked in my appointment they treat me well they knew I was afraid and they made my appointment easy. When I saw the nurse she was sweet care and answer all my questions. After they did my mammogram and ultrasound and the lady made it easy they talked me it didn't hurt. My ultrasound with Ashley she was so patient with me then the cherry to the ice cream my Doctor Millo she is the sweetest Dr I ever meet, explained me what was going on and she even spoke to me in Spanish. After the results I thank God for bringing me here. Thank you guys I don't have enough to pay yall for what yall did for me. More blessing for you all yall deserve because you give us an amazing service.”

“I really liked this location compared to the rest I have visited. This place was clean compared to the others. Had good stuff. No pushing or yelling. The cashier I dealt was very polite. The only issue I had the 1st time I went they had to shopping cart. The 2nd time I was there, they did have carts. Well organized.ent”

“I've never donated blood before, so coming in I was quite nervous, but the ladies here did a wonderful job at making me feel comfortable.Mary helped me through the check-in process, answered all of my questions, and was very friendly. She assured me I was in good hands, and not to worry about anything.Once i went back to the donor area, they had plenty of goodies to keep my energy and hydration up while I waited. My wife was allowed to come back with me to the waiting area as well, and although she wasn't able to donate due to being anemic, they treated her with the same kindness as me.After waiting just a few minutes, my donor tech Joana called me back. She explained everything throughly, brought me some ice packs to keep my neck cool, and went over her experiences as a tech. I was very surprised at how well she performed the venipuncture since she had only been doing it for 2 years, and with this being her first job as a phlebotomy tech. I've had seasoned nurses stick me with 18 gauge needles where I almost passed out from the pain, but Joana was a pro, because I didn't feel it at all!As a seasoned phlebotomist and emt, I have to give this place cred, because it was the cleanest, most professional experience I've had in a while. As for the donation, I did feel a little weak afterwards, but they made sure I was safe, and that I sit for a while to rehydrate before leaving. I also had a small knot on my arm after I left, but I typically do that with larger bore needles, and it went away after using an ice pack. Overall it was a great experience, and I get to save a life in the process! I will definitely be back when my next appointment is due.”
