Racist, discrimination and just down right no regard for a person. I had a 1:00pm appointment, I showed up at 12:30, building was empty, no one wanted to help me instead they opted to assist another gentleman of a different nationality twice before I was even acknowledged or attended to. Horrible horrible experience not to mention I was opening a business account.

The atm Machine ate $20 from me. Lady was rude when I called. They need to open another location because their machine is old and outdated.

I had a great experience when I came in. There was a lot of people in the lobby and the male banker with the gorgeous beard got to us all. Love seeing young people working hard and willing to go the extra mile, especially for us old folks who need some extra help. Management material right there!

I do not think the customers service is good, not much help from the teller. It seemed like she wanted you out of her face, like get lost. My advice is listening to your client before saying NO to everything.

I came in at a busy time during my lunch break. I was put off at first because only one employee was helping customers while the others just watched him. However, once Mr. Juan was able to help me, he really turned the experience around. I appreciate how efficient he was and how quickly I was able to get everything I needed done within one transaction with him. I’ll go back, but only when he’s working.

I recently opened an account online with Chase bank. On Saturday June 19, 2021 I deposited my paycheck through the mobile app. Sunday June 20, 2021 got a notification from Chase app stating my funds would be available June 21, 2021. On June 21, 2021 got another notification stating funds would not be available until June 23, 2021. On June 22, 2021 I called customer service to find out why my funds keep getting put on hold. I was transferred to the “deposit” department and was on hold for 22 minutes and then the call was disconnected. I figured since the funds would be available the next day I would just wait and didn’t call back. On June 23, 2021 I got a notification that funds would not be available until June 30, 2021. Needless to say I was a little upset because I feel like I am be screwed around so I called customer service again and again was transferred to the “deposit” department and again after 15 minutes of being on hold the call was disconnected. I called back and got the number I needed and called that number directly. I was on the phone for 46 minutes and the CS representative stated that he had my funds released and they would be available immediately. An hour and a half later I went to the bank to get money out and my funds were still on hold!!!!!! I left the bank called the “deposit” department again and again was on the phone for 36 minutes! Finally that CS representative got my funds released.I will be closing my account tomorrow (6-24-21) due to the fact I had so much trouble trying to get my funds from my paycheck. I work at one of the biggest hospitals in Houston, it should not have taken what it did for me to get my funds. I am a registered nurse and I work night shift 6:30pm to 7am and I should have been sleeping instead of having to go through what I had to in order to get my funds.I’m so disappointed with Chase bank. I opened this account because of the good things I have heard about Chase. I will be leaving negative reviews and I will put out there what I had to go through every chance I get.Thank you for nothing Chase bank!

The Manager of this branch is what banking use to be all about. In an age where tellers are replaced with machines and call centers replaced with computers it’s nice to see there’s still some of the these people left. She’s always helpful, kind and when I switched banks for a couple years, the next time I saw her she greeted me by name. Chase-keep her around. She’s the only reason I keep my commercial and personal accounts here. I can’t say the same about nearby branches. Quite the opposite. Maybe use her for training.
