“I have used Classic Collision for (unfortunately) three repairs now over the last four months and each time they've returned my car in brand-new condition. They even washed and detailed it for me! They've been very good about updating me on the progress when I requested. The one thing I wish I would've seen more of is the daily text updates—they offer them as an option but I didn't receive very many, just messages letting me know I would be receiving them and then the ones letting me know my car was ready for pick-up. The estimates they provided me were fair and pretty close to or higher than the actual repair costs. 10/10 would recommend!”

“I highly recommend this place. When someone busted in my back glass, I needed it fixed quickly. The lady who answered the phone was able to confirm they had the glass I needed. After I arrived, they got me in within 30 min. The man who replaced the glass was very polite, fixed the glass quickly, and even cleaned the broken glass in the back seat. Great prices also. “We’ve been subscribers since Rich’s opened. Great value, great service and great people. Today, Jack, the assistant manager went the extra mile! I managed to accidentally include my phone in a handful of trash items and didn’t realize it until our truck was completely cleaned, vacuumed and sparkly. By then all of the trash cans had been collected and emptied into the dumpster. I searched everywhere for my phone and then as a last resort thought that perhaps it had been thrown away. Jack immediately donned boots and gloves and climbed into the dumpster and sifted until he found it at the bottom! Wow, what a relief. That was beyond the call of duty and I’m so grateful!”
