I was looking for a new zero turn mower. This was the first place I went. Staff was friendly and helpful. Took the time to show me all the mowers they had in stock and explain about all of them. I then went to Tractor Supply, McMasters (next door), Lowes and Outdoor World in Azle. After looking at about 40 mowers and doing some of my own research I quickly realized the best deal for me was at Wise Outdoor where I started. The purchase process was easy and they had it loaded on my trailer within 30 minutes. I chose a Cub Cadet zero turn. Also, if you purchase a mower from them and yours is down due to maintenance or a back ordered part, they have loaner mowers they will provide to you so you can at least mow your lawn. I highly recommend them!

So I was looking for a golf cart charger, trying to keep my money local, stopped in and did not figure they would have one. greeted the minute I walked in but not pushy. asked and they were apologetic they could not help me. But recommended another local supplier. Owner was on site, actually sweeping the floors!! he spoke up when he heard what I was asking for and told me they recommended ordering online. ?? he said they could sale me one, he just tried to buy from them, the recommended company only sold chargers with new vehicle sales. Once here told me of best place to get quality chargers AND charger company is actually based in Oklahoma. MADE IN AMERICA!!!! got to love small town America

The person behind the parts desk lacks attention to detail, listening skills and cannot use critical thinking; they can only look up things on the computer and beyond that they have no skills to find the part you need. But what do you expect from this one-horse town? Better off going to Denton or doing your own research and buying what you need off Amason. Sign of the times!

Just bought a CBR500R from them! Micah was awesome to deal with and I didn’t feel pressured at any point! That had to be one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had! These guys are great! Rented a Skid Steer from Wise Honda not really knowing what I was doing. Jason made sure I was comfortable on it before leaving me to do the work. He even stopped by after and checked out my work and gave me a good review. I would highly recommend these guys for your "big toy" rentals.

They need to get out of the outdoor farm business. They have no clue what they are selling and to lazy to look it up. They lost track that the small service and dedication leads to big sales. They like to blow off the little sales. Do not go to this place for farm implements. It is like ordering a steak at a fish place.

Our mower is a LOUD RATTLE TRAP! Never rode smooth or comfortable. We had a spring break on our mower and needed the part. It was 5:25. My husband, David, called and asked "what time do you close? I'm 10 minutes out at the most." The guy said, " 4 minutes." Can you stay 5 minutes longer because I need a spring." He said "no! We have appointments at peoples houses." David - "5 minutes?" Guy-"Nope". David-"it's in the middle of a field and I'll have to drag it back." The guy- "sometimes things just don't work out." David- "copy!"David works in Dallas so couldn't come at 8 am tomorrow. We've bought a couple things from them. Including this $5000 mower. Bad Customer Service will spread like cancer. He'll buy the part at a dealer in Dallas down from Love Field. Never again will we do business of any kind with Wise Outdoor Power!!!

Kinda a long story but.. took my Argo into them because it has a Honda Engine in it and they would work on it. Did a complete tune up. Then disaster struck, wouldn't start they put in new ignition switch, battery, ended up being all wires getting caught in chain. Rewired still would not start, this went on for a while around 2 months they found it.. was wires switched around. The moral here was they treated me right not only in communication but in what they charged me. What I thought would a thousand was only a few hundred and we all learned something too. So if you want a place to take your equipment to take it here!
