Called to see what they would need to open an account for my teen who has thousands of dollars to deposit, and they aren't opening accounts today, they are booked. I've never heard of a bank that doesn't want a new customer and doesn't want to take your money. Very odd.It's a sign to bank elsewhere. Other banks roll out the red carpet for new accounts. This branch apparently already hit their quota for the month. I think it's a Decatur TX issue.

Terrible service called tried to get auto-pay that have been stopped to be stopped in my account and they want to charge me that a customer for a long time looking for a new bank hopefully treated better there

The only problem with this Decatur Tx branch is the ATM machine, I went their again to withdraw some money that I needed for this evening and AGIAN the Machine was out of order only excepted deposits.why is this a constant problem! This seems to happen at least once to twice a month and I spoke with the branch manager and she informed there working on the problem, well this is going on a year now.Please keep up with your customers demand for especially weekend ATM cash withdrawals.Thank you

Where do you go when you need a notary? Wells Fargo of course! They were very helpful. No need to travel all the way to the title company we were able to do the closing on a property right here down the street at Wells Fargo! Convenient and quick!

This accounting and get cheese out of the storage of banners save it as your deposit box key to it doesn't really fit his children I don't know it's jammed issues with your card it's delicious your card so four hours to find out nothing was in my account and I had a Nobel prize nominees

Leaving 1 Star because it doesnt give an option for a 0...this Bank is not good for the elderly...they are really good at taking ones money without notification or prediscussing with accountholder as to why that theyre going to do so. They blame it on the fact that all info is online to view but they dont take into consideration alot of the elderly arent technologically saavy to do online statements or accounts. These people need to be run out of the banking business altogether. Im severly frustrated because I had hoped to return to using them when I come back home...but not anymore and I plan on warning all of my family members & Associates.

Teller was very nice and patient. I walked inside and people were very friendly to me.
