Very large and well stocked location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great store and worth the drive from FW when our local stores are out of stock.

We have traded with them for a wide range of ranch goods, some small purchases and some large. The service and courtesy are always the same. These are very knowledgeable helpful folks who do business fairly and correctly.

Every time I go to this location, they are always out of stock of everything. I've decided to not even continue going here. Because they never have the Feed that I need for my animals. I would've given them one star, but their staff is friendly.

I have been in this store a few times and overall I can say I wish I had gone somewhere else. On occasion, you get someone that is friendly, but usually feel like they would rather be doing something else I recently stopped in to get some feed, but both guys working that area didn’t offer to help and just bypassed me. As in previous times, I decided to go spend my money at other places that appreciate their customers.

Was able to make a deal with the new manager to get feed delivered to my barn/stacked by the pallet.Very helpful and competitive pricing.Also saved hundreds on weed killer as compared to other local feed stores.

We have shopped Russell's Feed in Decatur since they opened up. The staff service is by far amazing, friendly and courteous. The selection of products and feed they have is by far the best in Decatur. They have even started stocking products they didn't use to carry, to cater to our needs and needs of others. The managers Sequoia and Mike have always made sure we are well taken care of.We are able to provide our ranch without having to go on a search for items. Ours dogs, cats, horses, and cows would rate this store 5 stars as well. Plus the propane services and hours of operations make me chose this store every time. Thank you Russell's for being an amazing family owned company!

I love this Russell Feed so much in comparison to other locations because you always feel welcome here. The staff is helpful, kind and makes you feel like family even when you just stop in for a minute. A couple of occasions I have needed help from the manager, Sequoia, and he was very helpful each time and it was clear he loves what he does! I would give all the star to this Russell Feed!

Such a nice store and friendly staff! I was on vacation and needed more dog food for my German shepherd and other pet supplies for my family I was staying with. Sequoia was extremely helpful and patient when assisting me in finding everything I needed including the things I wasn't sure of as I've never actually owned some of the other animals and was just given a list of items needed. Thank you again Sequoia!
