Customer service is not very good. got placed on hold and forgotten about yet again. Also the parts are outrageously expensive, $130.00 for one filter?!?!?! Wow yall are really trying to take advantage of people. Go To Holms automotive or stick with Amazon.

Your better off ordering your parts off Amazon. They don't answer the phone. They don't have the part you ordered when they say it's going to be there. If you like guessing or gambling this would be the place to do it.

Went in today for one basic lowbeam headlight bulb, nothing special, just a necessity. They tried to charge me $140 for just ONE BULB!!! Absolute robbery!! I got the same bulb in a 2 PACK for $29.99 on Amazon. That means I saved $250!!!! That is insane! It's a necessity not a luxury! I will never go back. Just ridiculous.

They took wonderful care of us!! We needed RV engine batteries and they knew exactly what we needed!! Also took care of a generator oil filter that we needed on a previous visit!! They rock!!

0 stars if Google would allow it. Ordered parts that had to be brought from another store. I asked the employee if I could pick up everything all at once when my parts were in. He said "yes". Well, when I went to pick up my order, I dealt with another employee. He was condensending and also kept insinuating I was stealing since he said I should have picked up the partial order that was already in store when I made the order. What makes it worse is he said it to 4 different employees before asking the employee I originally dealt with! The whole incident took place in front of all the customers. Then when I confronted him about calling my integrity into question, his manager shrugged it off saying "he was just doing his job". I told him that's not how you go about it. They didn't say a word to me the rest of the time I was there. I have always been an O'Reilly auto parts fan, but after that incident I refuse to go to that store again. 100% unprofessional and unacceptable!!!

Always get great customer service and they have most any part I have ever needed. If they don't have it or if they can't get it, it's only available one other place, the dealer.

Sign in front of building says no smoking. We pulled up needed to check the battery. I have two small children in car seats. As soon as my husband goes to undo the battery a worker comes right outside to a chair 3 feet from the door and starts smoking. So had to sit in a hot car with my kids so we did not have to inhale 2nd hand smoke. They are usually helpful. I just dont like the "smoking chair" right outside the door.

National chain and staff approachable. But not welcoming when you arrive. Cheaper options in town. Always seem to be out of basic items. "Their truck is late" seems to be standard answer.
