I was going to buy hat and the guy continued to tell me to hang on the last time. We did that. He never came back so I bought my wife. An American hat and I still tip to 30 bucks. If he would've came back and help me. I would have probably bought a $3600 hat.

It's got everything, tons of clearance, tons of hats, all of the jeans, all of the show shirts, hay, trailer parking. Literally everything.It's my new roman empire.

Anything you want in the way of equine supplies but bring your check book because their prices are very high. I would add this, if they don't have it they go out of their way to recommend and alternative even if it's another store.

I called to find out if they(NRS World) had specific hardware for stall fronts in stock, I was placed on hold for a minute or two and was told yes they had the hardware in stock. I drove 45 minutes one way to pick this item up to only find out it was an order only item! Not one person offered any apology or service to help. I ended up ordering the hardware from another company. This probably doesn’t mean much to a large company like them but they have lost my business!

Amazing, beautiful ranch, with a huge store, chock full of everything you could need from western wear, to tack supplies. Beautiful areas to walk in and take in the view, and if you want to stay,they have tours as well as cabins to rent. I will definitely be back!

Tons of choices for merchandise on their website, but be prepared for very slow order processing. A week later, I'm still waiting for them to ship my order.
