Hard to find anybody to help find things that you need if you ask somebody for help he'll tell you that it's not their Department and just walk off even worse when you go up to the pro desk and ask for help. And if you're a woman it's hard to get anybody to carry anything out for you I love it into your vehicle

Found everything OK. Went with mu sis for a few things we needed to fix around the house , so we were browsing and checking things out some of the other people doing were rude as he'll. If they were secret security wiring for the store(because of some of the conversations I over heard leads me to believe they were and they were watching us because we were taking out time check out everything. Then they 1. Need better training, not that so they aren't sen but teaching then how to not totally insult their customers I don't get out to often do i was looking at everything seeing all the new gadgets and gizmos. And felt pretty disrespected just because I wasn't in an all outt hurry and we wanted to check oit prices for various things. And we bought quite a few things that visit. A shampooer for the carpet, a replacement spray nozzle for the kitchen sink. A snake for our toilets and bathtun( what we originally went in for. We didn't look all around and buy one item. We actually grabbed the thing we went for and some extras we needed that we could afford so get better trained employees with skils that'll keep them from making you lose customers is what I suggest. Otherwise the store itself and being able to find products was easy and effortless. Although ghost checking out was a little confusing for me at the register being that it was the first time i was there. Its a tught fit at the checkout and if u have bulky items it gets a little difficult knowing how to get it done and what not to do . Employees are right there to assist tho if things get a little confusing. Although u do literally have to ask them for help even tho they see u struggling. In their defense my sus and I were already drugging on who to pay for what and how so they might not have wanted to interrupt.

We have used the Decatur Lowes location several times, since it is the closest to our home located in Bowie. We went by to purchase a microwave hood and refrigerator about 45 minutes before they closed for the evening. We were looking at appliances, and generally you would think employees would be wrapping up for the day and not wanting to assist, however that was not the case! We were greeted by an employee, and was super friendly and pleasant. We walked out about 5 minutes before closing, as she had helped up get the appliances we need, and got delivery scheduled for us the same week. Great customer service!

Been going here 6 years and literally every employee I’ve ever talked to has been super nice and helpful. It’s really refreshing they just seem to be genuinely happy all the time.

One of my favorite stores, but Lee in the garden center is rude. Put her back there in assembly away from the public or you're going to have a knock down drag out on your hands. She is petty and looking for an argument.
Update: I'm not even sure if Lee with the attitude still works there. Hope she's moved on. Joined the circus? Anyway, I was there last week and had a decent visit. I will say that a young man heading to the roofing supplies area actually greeted my daughter and I with an abundance of courtesy. I was floored. Once upon a time Lowe's employees were trained to speak to customers. It's not blatantly evident that that is still the standard. But kudos to this one guy who came at us with a very pleasant acknowledgement.

Lowes knows how to treat customers right! I bought a washer/dryer set, I hated the dryer and they took it back and exchanged it for a different model. No hassles, no argument, just good old fashioned customer service.
