This was my first time to purchase a vehicle from Karl Klement. The entire experience from start to finish was smooth and very enjoyable. The salesman and other sales staff was professional, friendly, thorough and really made me feel welcome. The finance staff was also exceptional. I will definitely visit this dealership again for my next purchase.

Just a wonderful dealership that I’d say isn’t like any others in the area or the ones that I’ve been too. Montey was very helpful and gave me the best advice for the situation that I was running into with my truck not to mention every time I called he spoke with me unlike most dealerships you will need to leave a vm.

We have bought both of our current vehicles from Klement Dodge. Their customer service is amazing. When I was thinking about trading in my vehicle they were honest and I admired that. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Took my wife’s car in for a faulty ignition switch which I had diagnosed. Called the service department to get a quote to fix and was told around $390. With that news I brought the car in for the work. On arrival I spoke with Gage and told him what I needed done and he said they will run diagnostics on it. After having the car for a week Gage called and said $1200 for just the ignition switch. At at this point if I left with the car I’m out $370 in diagnostics $185 for the ignition switch which I told them needs to be replaced and$185 for front end. With me adding one extra diagnostic I feel that I should be at $575 and not $1200. When going to pick the car up I express my concerns and got short answers and not much response they gave $100 off the bill which felt like a slap in the face to get me out the door and not make a scene in front of customers. I am a business owner myself and understand that a company has to make money to stay in business and why I would have been ok with pay $1200 if they would have been honest with me and now just give me a low quote to get me in the door. If you ask me all the services department needs to be retrained and reevaluated. All said and done we will not be buying our new vehicles from this dealership and definitely not any service work.

Our service rep would not honor the warranty for work that was done at another dealership. We were from out of town and felt forced to drive 350 miles to the original dealership to have the warranty honored. As you might expext, we are not very happy.
