“We have used the Decatur Lowes location several times, since it is the closest to our home located in Bowie. We went by to purchase a microwave hood and refrigerator about 45 minutes before they closed for the evening. We were looking at appliances, and generally you would think employees would be wrapping up for the day and not wanting to assist, however that was not the case! We were greeted by an employee, and was super friendly and pleasant. We walked out about 5 minutes before closing, as she had helped up get the appliances we need, and got delivery scheduled for us the same week. Great customer service!”
