Update: Hours have been changed! There's much more wiggle room available for early or late workouts. Weight-room is excellent. Atmosphere is professional and customers always seem to be getting after it. Weight-room: 10/10Hours: 8/10

These hours are completely ridiculous. Most people work during the week till 6. Three hours to have dinner and get to gym?? Weekends closing at 5?? I will drive to another facility.

Higher risk of Covid/Flu/Infections at Fit n Wise gym at Wise Regional!!! On every occasion using the gym at Fit n Wise for 2022 and so far in 2023, there's been a drastic shortage of antibacterial cleaners for the equipment and hands. On my visit this week, January 3rd, there were no spray bottles of cleaning solution for 50 pieces of exercise equipment upstairs and one for the entire downstairs. Half of the antibacterial sanitizers installed for cleaning our hands had any solution in them. I'm very surprised that a Hospital facility would be so lacking in protecting their clients and patients.Large facility and nice equipment, but about a dozen are broken in some way for over 2 years. It can be crowded, especially after 5 pm with lots of students paying more attention to their social media and just sitting on the equipment. It has quite a few trainers, but the Head Trainer, Brian I believe, sits at his desk looking at his cell phone for about 5-10 minutes, then disappears for the next hour. Not sure what he does when he leaves, but it's not training anyone. This facility has a lot of potential, but is certainly not living up to any quality standards.

Love the facility and amenities. Price is a little steep but what can you expect in a small town? My only complaint are the hours. Weekday hours are meh. 8p close doesn't really help swing or night workers and weekend hours truly suck. 5p close on the weekends is ridiculous. Especially for the rise in monthly dues after they reopened from Covid.

Closed because weather ?? Are you kidding me ?? This place is a joke. I drove all night working in this weather and your employees can't drive in a little cold weather to work so you close. F****** joke

They refuse to open up even with pretty much everything else opening up d "covid". Claiming it's for "repairs" that will take several months. This coming from a multi million dollar facility that takes over a month to even fix one piece of equipment. Toss in the horrible trainers with only online certifications that teach exercises wrong, take up multiple benches for classes while hogging most of the smaller weight dumbbells, and leaving equipment out for over an hour waiting for the next class. Also the dress code is selectively enforced, one tiny speaker over the weight section at full blast, lockers that you can't fit clothes on hangars in, swim teams that are loud and leave water all over the toilets and locker rooms, and limited weekend hours. Unfortunately it's basically the only decent gym in the area. It's FAR from being satisfactory or ran well.
