Worst cricket ever. Does NOT deserve the 1 star. The manger is a jerk. All the years I've have been a customer (since 2015) I have never had such POOR SERVICE. I RECOMMEND going to another cricket store . As far as the owners Comment, I will NOT BE BACK IN YOUR STORE

Service was ok at first but 3 weeks in, my granddaughters phone suddenly had no service. We paid the next bill even though it wasn’t due yet. Still no service. So we took it to the store staff two days in a row. They really tried to figure out the problem but they never were able to fix it. 3 or 4 days later, it just randomly started working again and we still have no explanation for why that happened. I would have rated them higher if they’d offered us a refund for the days she went without service or at least tried to follow up with her afterward. TBH, IMO, MetroPCS customer service is much better than what she’s received from Cricket so far.

Everytime I call the employees always answer in the rudest way possible... Last time the lady answered and just say yeah and I had to ask if I was talking to a cricket employee, she didn't even help me with my issue.... Just called and I understand she is busy with another customer but dang she was so rude, I asked if my husband could come In and pay my bill just to make sure I didn't have to be there and she stated ' I guess, but I'm busy" didn't explain why nothing. And I asked if she knew how long it would be before she got to him, she said" idk, I'm busy" I replied with okay I'll see if I can get him to put the money on his card and pay like that " she said yeah do that" and hung up. if I had any other option for coverage in my home I'd switch companies solely based on the employees at the Decatur location. Cricket look into your Decatur store and find better employees, your probably loosing customers simply due to how rude they are.

I just received the worst customer service I have ever encountered at this location. They staff were rude and unhelpful. I am actually taking my business to another provider after this encounter. The larger girl working was a bully and refused to help even though another associate said they could help. My mother lost her phone and we are from out of town. They would not provide her with a new sim card with her number without a new phone phone purchase. We were going to share my phone and use her sim so she could check her voicemail in my phone until we got back home. Even though we both had accounts with cricket they would not get her a new sim without purchase of a phone. Edit- came to the store in Weatherford and they were happy to help!
