I never give a bad review. I will honestly stay quiet and assume it was just a bad personal experience rather then say anything. My experience with this store was awful! The people were extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never go back. I hope their management will figure out how to train their people to have people skills. Absolutely horrible.

As a first time pool owner, I Highly recommend you try this place out! Lexi and Zach were the dream team for me. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my water was testing correctly when the test machine put out an abnormally high reading. They could have easily sold me whatever product to get me out of the store quicker, but instead, they chose to recalibrate their machine twice, test my water 2 additional times against 2 different water sources of their own, AND called the owner just to be sure! Customer service was 5 stars ? and I feel like they actually cared, which is something that is so hard to find these days. Lexi prepared a written step by step tutorial for me to take home to start on my pool! Will definitely be a return customer.

5 years later, still love these guys! They told me not to use Patrick Blow at A&A Installations when I needed my pool liner rehung. I didn't listen, and ultimately regretted it! When I needed help, they were quick to refer me to a quality, family-owned and run company to fix the damage Me. BLOW caused to my liner and pool bottom! I can't recommend the professionals at Bonnie & Clydes enough!
