The items I ordered needed to come from a warehouse and the website stated that it would take up to 10 business days. I received all the items in 6 days. One needs to keep in mind that this is not a big box store. I prefer to shop small businesses. Usually, I have to sacrifice on price or service. Not here. They have the best prices. On my second order, they sent me multiple emails to keep me updated. They even sent an email to let me know not to use a knife to open because some gloves I ordered were in the box. I do recommend you be sure you want an item before you purchase. The store has a restocking fee based on percentage. Working with other small stores, I can understand why. As was explained to me by a local store, when they order from a warehouse/distributed, they can't return it. If you decide to cancel your order, they have to keep it on their shelves hoping someone else will buy it. That is a significant risk for a small business to make. My local store requires a non-refundable deposit before they order from a warehouse. Read the information before you click the order button and you will be satisfied. I generally buy several boxes of ammo or higher priced items online. Here, the prices more than make up for the reasonable shipping fee.”
