Family Dollar - Bethany has been an incalculable benefit and resource for the small, scattered communities in this area, seriously. So much a difference and impact, others have sprung up as well, and none are losing money or market share to the other. The later hours alone are exemplary of features and contributions that have shored up and changed for the better our community's well being. And personable, friendly yet professional staffing, having grown familiar and part of our self visage. Everbody complains, about everything - but we need change that demeanor, and seek opportunity and cause, to appreciate what we have - truly.

15 and 14 year old was in line and there was a family was in front of them and she went to the register and said are yall ready to the people in front of us and the family said y’all can go first, and she said no y’all were next in line and did not let them pay for their stuff, but the man with the dreads is nice and kind

Close to our home convenient and good having a store in walking distance. The people that work there are nice and friendly.

Very professional and the friendliness was nice for a change. Customer service lately anywhere is tough to find that is decent and kind. The lady cashier said she had a wonderful boss and that means a lot in these kinds of places to work. So go visit the Family Dollar and get good service!

Hours aren’t consistent, I’ve been there many times and they will put a note on the door that says their network is down. Nobody’s network goes down that many times a week. It’s always an hour or two before closing time. I’ve been there in the morning a half an hour after they’re supposed open and nobody is there yet. They need to hire somebody that will run this like a business.
