Went in cause I lost all power to my truck and barely limped it to there parking lot, when I got there I was ready to buy ether a battery or alternator and when I went in to ask for a test I was told they couldn’t do it at all because it was “raining hard”. I have never seen a lighter drizzle in my life, these guys are next to useless and said “I don’t think they’ll tow it anyway” worst experience ever. 2 minutes later they proceed to go outside for a cigarette

We had the best experience on Thursday April 4th 2024. My husband and myself are in the process of needing yo become texas residents and needed new 3rd brake lights. Perry was working and such a huge help. He was kind, helpful, smart, and didn't mind thay we did it in the parking lot. I appreciate all of his hospitality. Truly an awesome guy. Thank you Perry for all of your help and being so supportive.

When they first opened they had the best customer service, would always be able to tell me what I needed and if the vehicle was there would ask if I wanted them to install. The lady assistant manager or manager not sure, is just rude. Yesterday we went to get my daughters battery check, manager did come out and was finally able to tell us the battery was bad. So we go in, daughter buys the battery and ask if they could install it. All the manager would say was computer says difficult install (over and over again). We ask the young man if he could come just take a look, he starts with "I don't know why I have to change it", He was asked we thought installation was something they offered and he said, No we don't have to. He was then told to just go back inside and we would manage to change it ourselves. It was so difficult...ONE bolt and the nuts on the cables. Yes I did call corporate to file a complaint.

My favorite auto parts store, the only I would change would be a separate checkout for front of store only with no parts look up and no phone for call in inquiries. If I'm there in person ready to buy my oil and filter or what ever from customer accessible shelves, I shouldn't have to wait for checkout while the counter person does price quotes over the phone for other shoppers.

all good except(Stefanie)behind the counter was kinda rude...couldn't tell me if the tail light bulbs I grabbed off the shelf fit my car, said her computer couldn't verify...really?

Really helpful staff. I checked in the parking lot online if they had a fan clutch for a 1982 F100 and the website said they didn't. I decided to go in and check anyways because I was overheating and still had 30 miles to get home. The parts counter clerk looked it up and they had what I needed. I changed it out in the parking lot and made it home with just about a 30 minute delay. I'll never forget being broken down and this location saving the day. I was so worried I was about to pay a $300 towing bill.
