Came in for some hemp wraps . Guy was not really knowledgeable about anything . Bought 2 big packs of the raw cones and a king palm mini pack . Total came out to 21$ . Not sure why they overpriced their raw cones but I guess they really need the money . Definitely don’t recommend , even for vapes , limited stock and probably overpriced.

I forgot to ask her name, she opened the store today October 12, 2022. Thank you for showing me a better product compared to the one I always buy (which they had also available)! And to Vape Room for providing valuable information to their store associates! (she did mentioned she learned more about it with information provided internally to staff members)So many vape shops I've visited in Texas and finally I found this one where they had exactly what I was looking for, I get a good real recommendation based on the knowledge of the store clerk and I end up loving the new product and the price!Totally worth checking it up!!

I loved that this shop had Lava Flow salt nic in 50 mg when I couldn't find it anywhere else. I bought some 2 different times and then the 3rd time they were out and since it's being discontinued, sadly, they will never have anymore. ? I also was told by the really nice and helpful girl that works here that they are also discontinuing the Costal Clouds brand, which is an awesome brand and have some really awesome flavors. Why do they keep getting rid of the best juice's? Anyway, this shop still has lots of other really nice flavors and have lots of mods and accessories so please don't let the fact that they won't be having a couple of great brands of juice's keep you from coming into this nice little shop. ?

Sold me a broken vape pen for $30.00 and told me there's a 6hr return policy. Never once, during my purchase, did they inform me of such a policy. Don't go here. Drive to a different shop because this place is a scam.

I purchased coils and was given the wrong ones. I called that night and told the employee that she gave me the wrong item. She said cone back in 2 days because she was off. I get there and she is not there. I tried to exchange the unopened coils for the right ones...well the supervisor said it had to be returned within 24 hours for a exchange. I asked him where it says that..I get home and look at the receipt, which says nothing. Now, I spend enough money here because it's convenient, plus we believe in supporting small business owners!! TTHEY WOULD NOT DO THE EXCHANGE!! I said so I have to pay for your mistake and unknowing policy. He said yep. Ok, I spend enough to get 2 sometimes 3 free vapes with my points. It's sad that the owner of the store losses a customer because a supervisor made no sense and had no explanation. Sad and ridiculous.
