“Man... I don’t have words.. Chris, was the most kind hearted sales rep we’ve ever made contact with. My sisters husband had just left her minutes before she walked into cricket. She had $100 to her name which was borrowed from a friend. He locked her out, took off with her belongings such as her phone and keys. She needed a phone and a place to stay that night. Unfortunately the hotel being $47 and the phone being $80, Chris blessed my sister by helping her with the remaining. He went out of his way to help out someone from the community. Chris is a perfect example of what a small town manager is all about. Unfortunately due to me working out of town, I haven’t had the pleasure to meet you but soon. We will send as many people as we know to do business with Chris at this location. Thank you Chris for everything you do!”
“I wanted to take the time to show appreciation for all of the support and assistance shown to me by Janet Reyes. She was helping me problem solve with unlocking an older phone. She provided patience and flexibility as we worked for over an hour on the help line to an overseas worker. Although the phone didn’t get unlocked, Janet made every attempt to help on her end. “During my day I shopped around to find some where to fix my Xbox series x. After being quoted 199.99 at other places and telling me there would be atleast a 5 day wait I contacted cpr. Not only was he 100 dollars less but he was able to fix my system in the day he stayed after to finish my Xbox and its up and run ing just like new.very grateful for cpr and there service. 10 out of 10 would recommend to everyone.”
