My son had a flat tire last night he called me oh dude wanted to charge me $350 to change a tire I used to be a record driver and I know it is not $350 to change one tire especially when he has everything the problem is my son is like his mother disabled you do not take advantage of people just because we're White does not give you that excuse to take advantage of someone we believe equality cuz we're all the same that we all have the same God we come from the same people we do not pass judgment but you don't take advantage of people I do not and will not accept someone trying to charge me $350 to change the tire it went from 100 all the way up to 450 no not acceptable

UPDATESpoke to the owner (Jeff) and he wasn't happy how this was handled. He was sincerely sorry and apologized several times for his driver. I'm a small business owner and I greatly appreciate how he went above and beyond to handle the issue to make it right. He refunded my tow. It's hard being a small business owner but I always will use Jeff and refer his towing company. Excellent customer serviceTold me one price but then went up $100 after he got to my house. Told him on the phone what this issue of the truck was said $100 cash or $125 card. I wasn't even two miles from my house. After he got to my house told me $225. Should have been honest and told me before he loaded it. I'll never use them again.

I called JTT to unlock my car. He came within 5 minutes, had my car unlocked within another 5 minutes, and helped me figure out how to pop my trunk. He and his son were very nice and I highly recommend them. Thanks again!

I called then because I needed an immediate tow and I was told they would have the driver call me. I waited 10 minutes with no call back so, I called Mainframe Towing and they was there at the Dollar General in less than 10 minutes. I gave them some stars because they did keep good communication. I would still recommend but, only as a second choice.

Russell was FANTASTIC! We had been waiting over 6 hours for Nissan Roadside Assistance and decided to call JTT instead of waiting any longer. Russell was there in 30 minutes and had us hooked up and home within an hour! He was kind, respectful, professional, and even text updates about any delays he was experiencing.
