My truck was hit in a parking lot by a nice lady who quickly agreed to pay for the repairs out of pocket. She also agreed to take it to Franks. We both have had vehicles repaired there and both experienced great and fast service. This time since she paid quickly, my vehicle was ready in less than 2 days.
In my previous experience it was also quick and efficient. And I will add that they keep me informed and updated throughout the process.
They also washed my truck both times and gave it to me looking like new. This is a standard for them, only shop I know that washes the vehicle after they finish with the reparations. That is at least a $100 save for me.

If I was you I’d really think long and hard about taking your vehicle to these people talk about a scam this place is a joke my truck sat here for a month and a half before they even decided to try and work on it and wouldn’t even contact my insurance company about the replacement of my rims and also gave us the run round on the reason they didn’t contact my insurance and wouldn’t even change my tires because they’re lazy so the sent them to another shop to change my who then left the stickers on the tires I wouldn’t let these people even work on a Lego car it’s ridiculous completely unsatisfied with my experience with theses people

My mom's vehicle was sent in for repairs. We were getting text updates from the insurance of the progress. Long story short. The car was taken in and repaired before the date the insurance had planned to take. Awesome job on the vehicle repair. Great customer service. Overall first experience 100/100.

The reason for only four stars is my car parts back order for so long when they finally got them in my registration expired and it needed to be inspected and the lady at front said they don't take you things like that when I picked up the car the Regional manager was apologetic other than that they did a great job on the car

Savannah, Paul, and his technicians were amazing, responsive, and quick. Even with the freeze last week, our car was ready and like new in about 2 weeks. I was very impressed with them and how everything was handled!
