Absolutely terrible service I'm trying to have 2 lines removed the store is unhelpful and the 800 number is even worse they have gave me the run around for hours and still no issues have been resolved. I will be canceling all 5 lines

this is not the usual lady that works at this store today. I came in this lady was so dry and completely disconnected. I was needing to pay my bill and get a new phone..and her advice to me was to go to another store! I continued to engage her to see what we could work out..and she literally looked at me like she had bo idea what I was talking about. I ALWAYS come to this store! I'm so disappointed. I probably won't ever be back.

Hey I'm with boost Mobile and I believe their phones are outrageously priced their service isn't that good and the people that try to help you don't know what they're talking about when it comes to phones

Seems like I can't find the where to leave my feedback for actual phone service , so I'm going to leave it here. I had Straight talk for 10 years with out any problems , but I switched in December almost four months ago and it was the worste mistake of my life. I never have signal in my own home. I can't check my bank , Instagram or anything else I would like to do. I literally have to turn my phone off every few minutes just to have service available. I can't do anything!!! I hate this phone service and I don't recommend it to anybody. I will be switching back to Straight Talk asap!! Lol I literally had to re try and read try just to leave here!! ?
