I've got to say that asking someone who works totally with automobile parts, unlike myself, makes me feel better than relying on my own skills dealing with what I think is going to work to fix my vehicle. They were police and with O'Reilly a stones throw away, I'd actually pay more for the same part if I didn't have any more personal interactions with the O'Reilly staff. It's odd to me, how they treated me there because they wanted to. The fact I ended up there instead of Auto Zone was a case of easier to reach. I'd play Chicken ? with a semi on foot before I will ever step foot in their establishment. Women management with a sign that made me feel like I was stupid and God help her for dealing with the stupid people. Well, it's like a woman firmly stuck under the glass ceiling of her personal life goals. It's a problem. But it is not my problem. So acting like I was too stupid to understand her place upon a thrown of her own making was way more than I should be able to gleen by buying windshield washer solvent. Right? And being so put upon because I asked her where I could find the washer solvent was way more than the 3 minutes I spent with her. If you don't like people, apply for a janitorial position and avoid people completely. And I made this discovery the June before last. O'Reilly was polite, willing to assist me and didn't act like the grand Wazoo of Auto parts. So after yesterday's visit there, I was struck by the differences in the tow shops.

Thanks be to God, because I don't believe that a better auto mechanic exists. Plus, they have good prices for basic repairs necessary to allow us to complete our own auto repairs ourselves.

Worst customer service in commercial sales didn't even ask me for what I needed. Was moved to regular cashier and asked lots of questions when I had already ordered the parts . Stating that I could be using someone else account. I work in Houston recently moved to Dayton and these people are not doing there jobs right if you aren't there skin color . They were very rude infront of others and don't have manners. When the other sales man left this place hired rude people. Manger included they always say they have the parts drive here and they have to order it. My business is a mobile macanic all surrounding areas and this is the worst store

Well the alternater I purchased stopped working one week after I bought it and when I tried taking it back they had ABSOLUTELY no record of me buying it from them. On top of that they sold me the wrong one for my car. One week before that I bought a battery from there and the same thing happened. They wouldn't warrant it either. Employees are clearly incompetent at their job and the store is just out to steal money from people. No record of my purchase but funny I get an email to rate the exact part they couldn't find a record of my purchasing. I will never be an AutoZone customer again. They suck
