My wife and I came to buy something. She forgot her id, ok, made me do the line and try another transaction. Even my wife being outside of the store I was asked to have a double ID.
Both cashiers the black and white lady ask me to have two IDs.
As a bartender this doesn’t make sense to do these type of double checks.
Frequent customer. Never anymore here.

If I could give this location ZERO STARS, I would. Attempted to purchase a 6 bottles of champagne in a pinch and they were extremely uncompromising. I called 6 order locations which were all VERY helpful but the manger here was unwilling to do anything. Specs as a whole is super accommodating unfortunately this location doesn’t match their excellence. Very disappointing

Some big heavy set guy in there is a rude POS, very smart Aleck when asked a simple question. How do you have low wage employees that act so snobbish, management should correct this issue. It’s sad though, that might be the freaking manager??♂️

Customer service is outstanding. My daughter went in for a recommendation on a wine for us, since I just lost a pet. Not only did they recommend an outstanding wine, the associate even wrote a sympathy note for me. This has now become my go to store.
