As far as I’m concerned, the return policy at the store is fraudulent. Online it says that they have a 12 day return policy, and after purchasing a dress, we tried to return it nine days later, and they refused to return it, claiming that all stores are independently owned, and didn’t need to honor the policy listed on the website.I would never shop here again and don’t recommend anyone does with this type of customer service The associates are very nice at this location however, apparently their hands are tied when it comes to implementing outrageously restrictive return policies.

I don’t think I saw a single associate while I was there. No service and not greeted. It was my first Zimmerman experience. I wanted to try on a dress, but again… I didn’t see an associate so I left.

I absolutely love Zimmermann. I have broad shoulders and each piece that I have purchased fits me perfectly without having to have it tailored. The customer service here is great and each time I have seen a piece I would like that is not in the store they have searched and found it for me. The ONLY con I have is that some of the blouses that have zippers do not unzip all the way, so I’m unable to purchase pieces that I really want. I am hopeful that she changes this. ??

I was on lunch in the courtyard of the mall this Zimmerman is located in and could overhear a manager having a “performance coaching” in a public space. The white female manager berated, raised her voice and multiple times visibly shook with frustration when the black man she was berating and accusing of taking things out of context, maintained his composure and backed up everything he said with clear language. She took issue with everything he said and had difficulty maintaining her own composure. He even expressed his worry that she was concerned with his performance. She argued with him over the definition to concern rather than address his fear. And he is rightfully fearful, her approach was coaching out… she clearly wants him to do wrong and did not seek his success and therefore dis not seek Zimmermann’s success. She was so emotionally charged and I can’t believe Zimmermann wants their employees treated so hostile in a public environment. I wouldn’t want my company coaching employees in a public forum especially when it appears that a white woman is trying to dress down a black man and becoming so agitated as he navigated the conversation from clear experience of having to protect oneself from unwarranted attacks… I would never apply to work at this store because management uses an us(mgmt) vs. them(employees) and seek to berate and undermine rather than collaborate and develop. This was so sad to see. I couldn’t help but tell the man how proud he should be for keeping his composure and left the area because I couldn’t bear to see him berated any longer… as I left and got out of ear shot I could her her voice again - clearly frustrated, possibly, because someone observing called her out, rather than correct her behavior she clearly doubled down. All of her attempts to rile him and provoke an undesirable response were unsuccessful before I left, but she was clearly looking to create some kind of cause by her approach. The whole situation was just wildly inappropriate and an felt like an attempt to humiliate him. I happened to walk back at a distance about 45 min later and she was still using aggressive body language and her voice could be heard over any others in the area, that poor man.****Update!! - Zimmermann seems to no longer employ the manager that created this awful experience. Thank you for caring for your employees, Zimmermann!

STELLAR service from Adeline! So, for the sake of space, let me just say I was obsessed with the Concert Tie Neck gown. Saw a size 4 online and so I called the NorthPark store. Adeline was as sweet as she could be, listening as I explained how much I loved this dress. She proactively looked it up, found it in New York. then offered to SHIP IT IN to the Dallas store for me to try on. JUST LIKE THAT. Got the dress, tried it on (Fit was AMAZING) and now it’s in my closet. Ya know customer service is rare these days, but not at Zimmerman. :)

Poor customer service. I basically begged to be greeted upon entering the store. The associates were standing around the checkout area and offered no assistance even as I walked around. It’s almost as if they were displeased with my visit because I seemed to have disrupted their crumpets and tea time. No one seemed to care that I was even in the store. I was only addressed if I asked a question. I presume they prejudged me because I wore leggings, a cap and a tshirt as one girl eyed me up and down once I had asked for assistance. Safe to say I will not be returning.

Went there today for Zimmermann’s 2021 story. Surprisingly, this store has almost all collections from all of their stories, much more selections than Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus. Store manager Amy was warm and helpful. She helped me with sizes and found the dresses I wanted to try on going back and forth checking stock. She always checked on me, suggested sizes and showed different designs on same paint pattern. It was enjoyable shopping in store and working with her! I highly recommend ladies to try on Zimmermann, specially the 2021 spring story. They are arts!

I spoke to a store associate named Adeline and she was so helpful and polite, I would recommend her to anyone looking to get something at Zimmermann. I called from NYC and she was able to quickly get what I needed done and afterwards she sent a really nice text. I really appreciated the great customer service.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. The person working did not acknowledge nor offer assistance after walking around the store for about 7 minutes. No greeting on the way in or out. Stark comparison to the Sandro store nearby where the S.A.s were extremely friendly and polite.
