After finding the clothes I need panned to purchase I needed to go to the woman’s department and the short girl at the counter with terrible bangs said she did not want to keep my items behind the counter. Ridiculous I try to hand the cashier my items for less than 10 minutes and she refuses. This does nothing but drive business away from the store why the management allow this girl to actively loose them money is beyond me.

Disappointed with the customer service at this store given by the manager at the NorthPark store. I wore a pair of shoes 2 times and they were damaged (bought the shoes 2 weeks ago) - I went in to exchange for a new pair. The manager informed me that I need to call customer service for a case number for a return - which I did. When I had the case number and gave it to him, he told me that he refused to accept a return or exchange on a worn item that was clearly damaged. I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Be warned on this!!

Allegedly they’re trying to cut down costs with their whole AC being out for months. Fans all over the store. AC NEVER WORKS! Hundreds and hundreds of people on the weekends, it is a human oven in there.

This location usually doesn't have AC is always broken and it's super hot there, it's 110 degrees outside poor employees have to work in that hot and humid place. I couldn't even stand there and shopping more than 10 minutes I just feel so bad for employees and no respect to shoppers, AC is a first thing you should fix before even opening the store in summer "Ridiculous" management

The staff in the fitting room are terrible. The chubby female worker with the short brown hair and accent (I’m assuming Hispanic) was so rude and disrespectful to me and my mother on august 2nd at 12 pm. There were so many open fitting rooms and she refused to place me and my mother in two fitting rooms close to one another and was yelling at us because we asked. I believe zara should not be employing people like this, people who should not be working in retail due to their terrible and mean personalities. She should be fired from her position and should not be placed in a position with customer service. Terrible terrible employee, if I could give her 0 stars I would.

This is one of the best ZARAs I’ve been too, they have an extensive collection for children to choose from, and the store is spread over two floors. This self checkout was modern and unique, something I haven’t experienced before - it automatically detects ALL your clothes once you place them in the bin. 10/10.

The store is always crowded. Two floors are available full of nice designs. Came to get a gift and found what i was looking just fine. The first floor is women clothes, second floor kids, and men. They just added the self check out option on both floors. Staff is always helpful. Even when it was crowded, we were able to check out fast, not big lines.
