My daughter and I went into the store Saturday 9/14…my daughter was looking at a pant set asked the girl with blue and black hair for the one on the mannequin because it was the only one in her size, looking appalled by the question or even us speaking to her, she proceeded to tell us they don’t sell clothes off the mannequin. Never offered to see if they had her size in the back she walked off. This was a first for me. I take clothes off mannequins all the time. I asked another sales associate she told me yes they do sell the clothes from mannequins when I told her who told me no, her story quickly changed…oh no we don’t. My daughter asked a male associate who looked in the back and found the size she wanted.
Here’s my thing….If you don’t want to sell the clothes, get them off the floor, no need to be rude or hateful to the people trying to spend money, if you aren’t happy with your job GET ANOTHER ONE.

Yup it’s me again! Back with another Zara review. I shop here so frequent because I live walking distance. I love everything about this store and the selection. Customer service is great and the store is generally pretty organized. I went the other day and could not find a pair of pants I was looking for. I was told I would need to purchase them online. I saw Alen my favorite sales associate and he asked if I needed anything. Once I showed him the pants I was looking for he looked them up and saw they were in the back and requested for the stock room to bring them out . After about ten minutes he decided to go back there and grab them for me. I love his positive attitude and how eager he is to assist his customers. That’s true leadership and above and beyond service. This review is for the Galleria Zara!!!

Clothes are pretty nice, I just feel the staff is rude sometimes and they take forever to help getting clothes that are not displayed

I have always been Zara shopper until now. I ordered clothing online and 3 days later past due delivery date still no package, calling and reaching out to Zara I’m getting rubbish response sorry is delayed, then everyday I get message will be delivered today. Is like playing games and seams they have no clue were the order is. Zara is not taking any responsibility nor the delivery company, to make matters worse I demanded cancellation and money back they refusing to do it. Very disappointed with Zara and customer service is awful including delivery company they use!

As a frequent Zara shopper, I find myself constantly reminded why I prefer to shop online rather than in-store. The level of rudeness from the staff is astounding, and the lack of care is truly on another level. Every time I visit, I hesitate to ask for help or even inquire about picking up an online order, because it almost always results in an eye roll or some other form of dismissive attitude. It's as if customers are seen as a nuisance rather than the reason the store exists.
Zara, please consider hiring more staff to provide adequate assistance and, more importantly, invest in proper customer service training. It’s time to ensure your employees understand the importance of treating customers with respect and care.

I am reminded again why I stopped shopping at Zara years ago. It’s like they are given instructions from corporate to be rude. Like this is the brand image they have and one they want to keep.
