I’ve purchased from this location in the past on different occasions. My last purchase was about a month ago and that’s when I met Miss Monica. She was the sweetest and most helpful sales associate I had dealt with. She helped me with my purchase from the start. Needed to send off for repairs to make sure it was all good to go. Monica made sure to keep me in the loop at all times. She would text or call just to make sure I knew where we were on the repair. I mentioned I had a trip coming up soon and wanted to take the piece with me. She worked very diligently and got it back in plenty of time before my departure. I would definitely recommend this location and Miss Monica for sure. Thank you again for the great experience. Looking forward to the next time which will probably soon.

We had such a wonderful experience with Kiki A! Went in to have my wedding set sized and she was extremely thorough and helpful! I looked around a little while she was preparing my ring to send it off and ended up seeing a few pieces I loved. She was so incredibly patient and honest as she let me try them on. We decided to purchase and Kiki was very informative about the warranties/guarantees and how to properly care for our jewelry. We have had good experiences with Zales, but never as great of an experience than we did with Kiki today. People like her are what make customers become repeat customers!

How do my necklace break twice and then the first time I come they can’t find me in system, I drive all the way home to get paperwork and came back here. They were supposed to change my old number to my new number, etc. fast forward to today, I come up here after work and the same thing happened again, they can’t find me in system. What is going on? Waste of time. Now to go back home and get paperwork again.. it makes no sense.

A Forever Memory
My experience purchasing a wedding ring was nothing short of top tier - the biggest part of that was Danni. From the moment I first saw the ring, all the way through to getting it resized for my soon-to-be wife, Danni took care of me like a professional. He even took the time to help me find a wedding band for myself that fits my style and personality. He is very vulnerable and knowledgeable when it comes to which diamonds to select and he is especially careful when handling your jewelry.
If you ever need jewelry, you have to ask for Danni - he makes the Zales experience just like the commercials you see. The guy deserves his own shop.
