Amber was so very kind and broke the ice as soon as I stepped through the door! She definitely went the extra mile to track down a hat I’ve been after. Everyone else was kind as well. Great, clean store and customer service that sets it apart!

I love yeti. Maybe get employees that are more enthusiastic about the brand. I’ve seen the social media of other stores… they can be a little more knowledgeable about the brand. It’s not much. lol

We stopped in for some last minute Father’s Day shopping, the store was bumpin’ but the customer service was still fantastic.
They had a Dallas animal services event with a bunch of dogs for adoption, manhattan beers on ice, and a few Yeti Father’s Day exclusive products.
Bailey greeted us at the door with a cold beer and warm smile, she made sure to help us find something great and checkout was swift and painless. All around good vibes and great experience.

The employees seemed a little less engaged in this Yeti store compared to the others that I’ve been to. Good selection of all Yeti products and great opportunity to get some engraved Dallas gear.
